This year obviously killed MKG, but prior to that he was on pace to miss about the same amount as Davis, but Beal was well ahead of both. And Beal now plays with a minutes restriction at 22 years of age.

Oh man, I didn't even think of grouping Beal in to the equation. Totally slipped my mind.

How cursed can a top 3 be?!?!

Steph Curry is out of his freaking mind.

I'm totally gobsmacked.

It's like a video game for him. How the hell can he shoot 22-31 from three in just TWO freaking games.

he's the best shooter of all time isn't he?

i mean, the range and difficulty of the 3's he's hitting is just ridiculous.

He is. I've never seen a shooter like him for whole of my life.

speaking of hindsight moves.

imagine if you could reach back in time and tell the front office to get Curry at all costs.

probably on draft night and when there was a big injury cloud of his ankles he would have been obtainable.

Draft night, I'm sure Crash and our 1st (12th pick) would have gotten us into the top 7. Heck I could see GSW going for it.
We would probably have been labelled idiots at the time, Sik Infant would probably have jumped off a cliff, but in hind sight how brilliant would we look.

Felton would still have had value back then trade him for something, we still would have had a chance to tank during the ankle injury year while the rest of the NBA laugh at the foolishness of Charlotte for trading the farm for Curry, until this year it all could have blossomed.

quick someone invent a time machine or something

I have a twitter list made up solely of NBA players, and it is absolutely hilarious right now.

He just broke his own record of 3s IN A DAMN SEASON with 288. THERE ARE 24 GAMES LEFT!!!!! He's gonna top 400.

Do the same things happen in different circumstances?

How many have they actually played?

Has there ever been a #1 and #2 pick from the same draft who have missed as many combined games?

Yao Ming and Jay Williams? kind of cheating on my part though.

Besides the obvious mentions of Oden, Bowie and Embiid and their devastating injuries, Pervis Ellison is a #1 pick who constantly had smaller, yet nagging injuries.

Saw this on twitter being discussed.

But at what point do we start considering Durant as the greatest scorer ever? Does he have to come close to MJ's scoring title record?

The guy is doing things that are just unheard of from an efficiency and volume perspective.

In the history of the NBA there have been 9 seasons where a player has a TS% >.600, usg% > 29.0, 3PA/G > 4.0, and Points/G > 25.0. Durant is on pace to do that for the SIXTH TIME!!! He will have 6 out of the 10. That is an absurd stat for a scorer to have that type of efficiency with that type of diversity in his game, along with the sheer volume of shots and plays that he has.

Dear Cavs and Jazz,

Please do work in the second half against BOS and IND.

Love,
