“A real want-to to protect the rim,” Reggie Jackson said of the difference in Drummond. “We had a bad stretch where you knew coming in the building the other team was probably going to have 40-plus paint points. Now I think communication’s been better, starting with him. He’s really anchoring our defense.”

“His defense has gotten a lot better,” Van Gundy said.

Van Gundy was asked if he thought it a coincidence that all five starters have been in double figures in Harris’ three starts.

“I don’t think it is,” he said. “I think those guys have made a conscious effort to get more ball movement. I think they’ve played much more unselfishly and I think Reggie’s gotten it started by being a much more willing passer, particularly early in games.”

I haven't been able to watch a ton since the all star break, but from what I've seen in the last three games it looks a lot different than before the all star break. the defense and ball movement have been a lot better.

that said, i'll be watching the whole game tomorrow and I hope the guys show up in an important game.

Great win! Could we somehow go 1-1 on the next two? Will be really hard though.

Which is something that a LOT of us have either criticized Reggie and simultaneously praised about him. He was a very bad passer in January, like ballhog bad. He's gotten so much better doing drive and kicks now that led to easy 3 pointers which is something he rarely did in months leading to Jan. I'm glad RJ is improving in that regard and Stan is emphasizing it which matters a lot.

Plus having a great off ball player in Tobias really helps setting up easy looks. I love Tobias' versatility, he really is the combo forward of the future.

Anyone else notice the the entertainment value of these threads goes way down when it's practically a wire to wire win?

BTW, where's Maker?

I live in Wisconsin. Packer/Badgers/Brewers/Bucks fans are some of the absolute worst.

We all saw the Bucks slide coming...and to be validated by their season renews my faith in our fanbase!

Poor spacing will get you killed in today's NBA...looks like they didn't get the memo.

Acquiring Monroe and MCW has done absolutely nothing for them and it's gonna be interesting to see how they recover
