Yep. Daniel Carera. Grabbed him with the 22nd pick of my fantasy team's draft. -Jitpal

How so, their lineup is stacked...defensively they are above average, they have experience and pitching. Its not that crazy to think they can challange us and Boston.

Challenge yeah. However, I don't see them right there. Last year the Red Sox and Blue Jays were close and the Red Sox are much improved. The back end of the Jays rotation does not impress me at all. I think the race will be closer this year as the Orioles are much improved as well. I still see the Yanks winning the division by a 6-8 game margin. Then the Blue Jays, Red Sox, Twins and Oakland fighting it out for the wild card. -Jitpal

Last year the Blue Jays finisihed ahead of the Sox, and they always play us tough...Vernon Wells just kills us.

I guess there isn't much need for a division watch thread now. Boston wins in a laugher.

If Toronto was completely healthy, they would have competed for the division.

Now that it's August, I'll update this regularly...or should I start a new thread for ALL playoff race (wild card/division) talk?
