GT: Hornets vs Pacers Fri Mar 4 7PM EST

These guys have got to be super pissed at us by now.

Possibly no Cody.

Gonna be real hard to win 3 in a row vs them in such a short time span.

what happened to Cody? Cody is super important these days, I've been very impressive with him and Marvin...

Should be a good game. A great game if we win to put some distance between us and them and to help us move up.

Cody is listed as probable. I think he plays. We're not in position to let players sit and possibly squander playoff positioning.

If no Cody then it's Psycho time. It shouldn't be a big problem, they aren't a big team anyways. Psycho knows them too.

Cody has played himself into a key role as a starter. Losing him would be a blow with Hawes also out. and don't know if they will sign Lawson in time or not.

Lawson to sign over the weekend; IND first have to complete buyout of Budinger

decent extra PG going to make them a better team in the chase for the playoffs, would be massive to grab this win

Hard to beat a team 3 times in a row over a short span. Huge, huge game.

I thought Al started off great in the last IND game -- 4-7 FG in 10 first half minutes with good defense (albeit, Mahinmi and Hill never really challenged him). Hope Al can keep it up.

I'm with the others that say it is hard to beat a team 3 times in a short span. Would be impressive win because of that, but I favor the Pacers tonight.

Cody Zeller says his back is fine. He bruised it on that hard fall in game versus 76ers.

I know it's a game thread but I think in prep for the playoffs, X factor guys will be very important. There is one X factor guy that I think needs real run, not just garbage time run. Yes, TD. I think he can make a huge difference in the playoffs and I hope that Cliff will play him in the real games but I'm not holding my breath. I'm not talking major minutes, just a few to knock down some 3s. The other X factor guy I think needs serious run is Kam. He can be a huge factor in games.

Lin will need more time on the floor at some point but not worried about him much. If he's having a decisive, confident night he'll produce. He's a potentially big-minute player anyway with experience. Lamb just isn't there defensively so, get what you can offensively with him but we have Lee now. Lee is a potential X factor guy getting acclimated now. I consider Cody/Batum a tandem that will normally contribute with Cody have pretty big production. Big Al is something of an X factor guy now.

There are some big games coming up that will test how good we really are. There's Miami, SA, Boston and more and I think the X factor guys, not how much Kemba or Batum contribute or only what they contribute, can determine W and L's in at least the Miami and Boston games. Not holding much hope out for SA but stranger things have happened.

Well, it's a home game

Poor Bud, can't play in the playoffs, I remember he played quite well the last two games.

Over the past three games we are holding opposing teams to a league leading 33.3 FG%

As others have said this season, our D hasn't seemed to have been much of an issue.

Need to keep that up tonight.

Rebounding has been a problem at times, however. We are 14th in rebounds per game. The Pacers are 11th. We are 15th in 3-point percentage, which could also be an issue down the stretch.

Bud and Lin actually go way back as they were both competiting for Cali player of the year. Too bad he's getting the shaft so late in the season.

Myles Turner was benched from starting lineup because Marvin Williams torched him last game.

Looks like they really want this win.

Great pass by Cody but not so good boxing out before that.

Legolas back?

What a beautiful slip screen by Bats and Marv.
