If Acy can start knocking down the 3 like he did in NY he's probably the most perfect compliment to Cousins you can get. His ability to switch defensively has been a game changer in the last couple of games too.

Yup, ideally he can continue this pace. Him and Rudy together are nice starting.

can't believe we are paying marco 6mil the way he is playing this season... we could have used that money to pay the fired coaches that we owe

Everyone loved the signing when it happened. He is having an off year but his talent and production warranted that contract he signed.

False on so many levels. Tons of people didn't want Karl as coach and complained constantly about the fact that we shouldn't have fired Malone. Nice effort tho...

He really is...I think Pop got in his head. Told the area PA guy not to announce him and denied him that hometown cheer. Low move but hey he is winning. Pure speculation but you can see it happening. Or he could just be off as usual on the road haha.

Absolutely not true. Karl definitely was not loved by everyone in fact I'd say less than half the people if not more hated the hiring.

The Kings guards outside of Darren just can't defend. Period. I like Rondo but they have to really look at finding a defensive core at the 1/2 spot. Dang, that Pat Bev/Wes Matthews combo would have been legit! Oh well.

Darren is a defensive minded guy either...I understand wanting to give him a pass cuz he plays vs taller guys at times but he has lapses and gets blown by pretty regularly as well.

With that in mind, I think the defensive energy is up and guys are giving good effort. The Spur passing can make even good team look terrible on D.

over here the fans was 50/50 about the karl signing, i would have preferred thibs myself because of the style of play that fits our best player..but on the other kings site, a lot actually welcomed the addition.. karl did a good job in selling his name to kings fans back then when we had corbin as an interim coach, on twitter kings fans were flooding twitter about signing karl during that span..

Most of the Kings defensive woes come when defending pick and roll so all the guards are susceptible due to that being more team oriented coverage, but individually Darren can consistently keep players in front of him 1 on 1. He even did it multiple times tonight. The others are almost instantaneous blow by's and while it's probably a bigger liability than it should be do to Karls individually reliant schemes it's a major negative regardless that has to be addressed this summer.

Yup and Ben did it on several time tonight and in the past as well. But guess what, he also got blown by a few time and so did DC. DC ISN'T a good defender.

on this site it was a split crowd, but we barely have 15 kings fans here lol.. on other sites and twitter, there was actually a lot of fans that pushed for hiring karl after dealing a rough season once again.. a lot/most and not everyone should have been used on my first post. :D

on the remaining games that we have if I'm feeling a little positive,i would give us 12-15 winnable games which would give us at about 37-40 wins this season..would that be enough to sneak in?
