One thing to take from the link is a reality that for classic PGs, it takes years to hone the craft (for GP, it was five years in fact).

23 out of 30 teams use a starting PG that has at minimum reached the youngest edge of his prime (25). With the exception of Cleveland (Irving), the other six teams using a PG <24 years of age are lottery teams.
