If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

So I kinda went ham last night and bought a number of suuplements, two of everything;

VitaJym -pretty good multivitamin supplement by Jym
Syntha 6, 5lb -chocolate peanut butter protein by BSN
Glutamine 300 vegetable capsules by Kaged Muscle
Fast dissolve 5mg melatonin by Natrol (rest is the most important thing)
BCAA 1000 Caps (1g) by Optimum Nutrition
Really potent fish oil. That **** works asap. Very good for joints.

Deciding on creatine and reupped my preworkout (EVL).

The diet is going to be the biggest pain in the ass. I'm looking for a big ass lunch bag to carry at least 6 medium sized containers in.

EDIT: found a meal prep bag on sale that's highly recommended. Had to edit link. Jaxx Fitpak XL

I STRONGLY SUGGEST buying seasonings from Flavorgod.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/s?i=aps&srs=9361691011

Fkn amazing seasonings. They're made fresh. I think I mentioned this in the last thread. Idr.

Trump is going to be in Doral on Monday. Y'all should protest. I don't live in Miami anymore but if I was there I swear to god I'd be there. I'd get my butt kicked and be happy about it.

-Hello fellow brothers, the time has come for us, Floridians, to have our say and take part in democracy.

-I already did and I will vote for Bernie Sanders, here's why:

-Bernie Sanders isn't you typical politician that sways wherever the political wind is moving, or changes stances every other year due to polling stats.

-Bernie has been for us since he was 21, when he lead protests against segregation in University of Chicago in 1963 and also marched with MLK.

-He has been strong advocate of getting money out of politics since long before most of the people here knew that politics were.

-He was against the atrocious war in Iraq, against NAFTA, TPP and other disastrous trade deals that ship jobs and have (literally in the millions) overseas to china and Mexico etc.

You can look him up on youtube and see the fire in his eyes when he speaks out against the crime bill, or when hes defending gay and lesbians when it was shocking to do so. He was so far ahead of everyone.
Just watch these videos from the 80s and 90s and tell me how anyone is better than him?

It's not just because I know he's for us and not the billionaires that are getting richer while trampling on the poor, who are getting poorer.

I also believe without a doubt that his policies are far and away the best out there. Such as:
-Free Universal Healthcare
-Tuition-free public colleges
-$15 min wage
- Strong opposition to climate changing activities like fracking etc
- Legalizing marijuana
For the rest: https://berniesanders.com/issues/

Please feel free to ask questions or disagree and research on your own, but dont vote cuz someone is popular and the mainstream media is telling you one is better than the other, that's for you to decide!

Go vote on March 15th.

We went to the protest at UCF over the weekend. It was very peaceful - mostly just people with opposing points of view written on signs and chanting. The police were peaceful and non-intimidating. I saw today, however, that the people were pepper sprayed in Kansas CIty outside his rally, so you should prepare for that eventuality.

http://www.wired.co.uk/magazine/archive/2013/07/how-to/survive-a-pepper-spray-attack

Most important, there, is to make sure you don't rub it into your skin. I've actually been pepper sprayed before (it was a wrong place - wrong time kind of thing) and made that mistake.

One thing it doesn't say here is to have a towel handy. You can use it to cover your face to breathe. Anyway, be safe.
