Now we see his 20 ppg and going, meh, its not triple double.

It will be amazing when he becomes a 188ppg player for this year.

At what point can we say this is Giannis's new level? When can we reject that this is a fluke or a gimmick, or he's just on a good run, or defenses just haven't countered or figured him out yet?

At what point can we actually say, Giannis is a 20/10/7/2/2 player? Or even just a 20/9/6? That's his new norm. If he can keep it up over the next 19 games?

I don't think we can make any definitive conclusions this season that will hold any clout anywhere outside of our own fan base. It'll come when the team is winning ball games and he's doing it.

Ironically he's averaging 18.8 since Jan 12.
At a party given by a billionaire, Kurt Vonnegut informs Joseph Heller that their host had made more money in a single day than Heller had earned from his novel Catch-22.

Heller responds, “Yes, but I have something he will never have — ENOUGH.”

Anyone else worrying with his routine in the FT line?
I mean i counted 14 sec on a throw yesterday.
I know that kidd said something some time ago about this("the league...").

Not worried. He'll fix it in the off season.

He changed it and started missing free throws, so he went back to the old way.

There is a limit of 10 secs that you have to shoot the FT. In the beginning of the season he often exceeded the limit. No ref said anything, but the League probably talked to Bucks about it. Then it was when he started shooting the FTs a bit faster but his FT% dropped. Now he started taking his time again, and he scores better, but yes I also counted more than once and he did 10+.

Giannis without a jumper is a multiple time All-Star.

Giannis WITH a jumper is a Top 5 Superstar.

Scary part is I think he could be a top 5 player without a jumpshot. Let's say he averages what he is doing now, 20/10/7/2/2 over the course of next season...isn't that pretty close to a top 5 player if the team is winning?

Like what are we going to be looking at if he gets a jumper, the GOAT??? Only somewhat joking

This got me thinking...

Does a team of Magic Johnson, Paul Pierce, and Joe Johnson win the championship?
