To be fair, Mudiay's jumper isn't that bad. It's not something he necessarily has to "fix" to be a more efficient scorer. He just needs to improve at finishing at the rim. Dude misses at least 3-4 layups every night, many of which are uncontested. If he can fix that, he'll be fine. If he can fix the jumper too, he'll be a star.

Mudiay has really picked up his scoring since Gallo went down, nice to see him and the team pick it up.

Scott Hastings has pointed out over and over that Mudiay tends to shoot his jumper on the way down which means he's losing the momentum/strength in his shot and he has been short fairly consistently. Last night, the announcers pointed out that Mudiay had "lost the hitch in his shot" - no doubt the coaches have been working with him on his shot and if last night's game becomes his standard - WOW!
