I think he can be even better than Klay. Advanced handles combined with an already superb shooting touch. More athletic than Klay. Further along in his development in his rookie year and even more so when comparing age. 19 years old, currently youngest player in the league. He's gonna be a superstar.

Klay Thompson is probably the best comparison. He even looks like him.

He has some Brandon Roy in him. Pre injury Roy.

Draymond Green with less defense, rebounding, and passing but better shooting lol

My serious answer would be that he is the second coming of Jesus... Shuttlesworth.

Pre-injury Eric Gordon seems to be the comp I like

Wanna say Ray but he's not the athlete/all around scorer he was. I would say Allan Houston but he completely avoided the paint. I would say Reggie but he doesn't have that Reggie Miller bag of tricks and he can't finish/get to the line like him. I would say Klay but he's already better at driving to the hole than him on ball. Overall I think he's himself and another evolution of the off screen SGs we all love. Not saying he's better than them (he'll probably end up as good as Klay as an all star with no All NBA consideration) but he's different.

Is he going to be Curry or Lebron... No.

He is obviously a solid starter for any team

in 4-5 years he could be a decent #1, a guy who can put up some good numbers but not really carry a team to a championship, but he could be a big piece for a team who is a decent contender.

i think he will make alot of all star teams, not just a couple.

i'm not saying he has the same skill set as a Carmelo or Bosh, but he could have the same level of impact as a Carmelo or Bosh.

I think Booker's career could have a similar arch or tone to that of Glen Rice.

Definitely don't see him as anything like Steph. Steph was an otherworldly shooter as a rookie. The Eric Gordon comp looks about right. Their rookie stats are actually remarkably similar, with a slight edge to Gordon who was a year older. Hopefully he doesn't get injured & continues to improve.

Gordon could have been a multiple time All-Star if not for the injuries. Nevertheless, i think Booker has a better jumpshot and he definitely has better size. Although I think Gordon has a better wingspan, so that might not be important. His jumpshot looks better though and I can see him becoming a better shooter than Gordon, even if Gordon's rookie season was just as impressive from that standpoint. Booker's shot just looks absolutely perfect with crazy arch on it.

He might have a better jumper, I don't know. To me it doesn't really matter how it looks as long as it goes in. All I know is Gordon was a more efficient scorer than Booker as a rookie, but like I said Gordon was also a year older. I do agree that a healthy Gordon becomes a multiple time All-Star. Booker is taller but Gordon has a larger wingspan. Athletically I'd have to give the edge to Gordon, but again this could change in a year. Gordon is the best comparison for Booker that I've seen so far.

Pre-injury gordon seems like a good comparison. Gordon was a more efficient shooter, but didnt have the ball handling and playmaking skills booker has. Booker is very calm and patient on those pick n rolls. He plays them like a vet imo.
So many people who attain the heights of power in this culture—celebrities, for instance—have to make a show of false humility and modesty, as if they got as far as they did by accident and not by ego or ambition.

The non-injured version of Michael Dickerson.

I think Gordon was definitely a better ball handler than Booker. I love Book but Gordon had nasty hesitation moves/crossovers and was just as patient as Book on his drives. That said it's a good comp but Book has a more diverse midrange game and Gordon a better shot and more athleticism.

I actually like the Roy comp, with a better shot but less one on one quickness.

Probably Klay Thompson. That's who he reminds me of right now. Haven't watched him enough to know about his defense but he plays on a bad team that don't got leaders

I thought he left Kentucky waaayyyy to early after he left as a freshman
And def though it would take him 3-4 years just to adjust himself

But WOW
He's definitely going to be a all-star for years to come

This rookie class is unbelievable

Shame he didn't drop one more spot to OKC. He could have possibly been Harden 2.0 for them, production-wise.

Are you trying to say that Ray Allen couldn't create his own shot? That would be crazy.
