Everyone predicts a Hornet's win/lose by a number, then predict the final score. To make it a little more interesting, all the losers have to give the winner a "And1". The winner is determined by who predicts the win/lose number and in case of a tie the winner is who ever gets closest to the final score. For more incentive, the winner's name goes in the subject so that everyone gets to know how awesome you are. Well, until the next winner.
Also, it's encouraged that when someone wins, that they should leave a friendly taunt or words of advise to all the losers. Remember, it's all in fun.
Something like: THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE. And it ain't you, cause it's me. So eat your vegetables.
