Well it wasnt pretty but a win is a win.

Wizards seems like a scheduled loss. Looking forward to the home stretch after that.

Whew. At Least we got the win. Can't blame them the sixers were hitting ridiculous 3 point shots and just had a good game against brooklyn the other night. Another good game by Tobie. Orlando gave us an early christmas present lol. Big Baynes was solid too 7 pts 7 rebounds and 2 blocks in just 13 minutes.

Ikr. Somehow we always find a way to lose every time we play the Wizards.

Wizards have their backs against the wall and will be fighting for their playoff lives on Monday night. The game is also on ESPN so I'm not sure if that has any affect on the players or not, but hopefully we really get up for it realizing the importance of the game helping ensure the Wizards won't be competing with us for a playoff spot down the stretch.

Teams get penetration pretty easily against us these days. A little worried what an desperate John Wall might do to us on national TV.

Still, won last night and gotta come out motivated Monday. I feel we should start every game throwing the ball to Dre. His post game has improved and it'll get him motivated. We need to look more at him.

I'll take an ugly win over a pretty loss any day of the week. However, I am concerned about the disappearance of the defense and the stupid/reckless turnovers. And I am hoping SVG can reach the team and team responds with reference to the areas we need to tighten up.

It is good to see the guys getting healthy.
It is good to see Reggie Bullock still contributing.
It is time to see consistent effort on both ends of the floor for the entire game from our best players to the 15th man.

Build a wall around Wall and beat the Wiz!

The Pistons are under 20 games to go and still in it. Folks should try to enjoy this rather than agonize over every shortcoming, or react to a few bad plays with despair. KCP isn't a starting SG? His stat line in this game says otherwise. Drummond gives the team 19 pts and 15 rebs, but doesn't try hard enough? Even good teams lose games, and all players have bad games. Pistons are not a great or mature team, but are still lots better than last year and that's something to enjoy.

I see Maker did his usual disappearing act once the game started to go more the Piston's way. It's just like the sun coming up in the morning.

RJ got Harris easy looks on 6 of those points by recognizing the pnr double and pulling it away from harris. TB is such a efficient player, and he's still only 23

KCP has been on the boards lately, or more noticeably

It's the matchup problem. Gortat knows how to play against Drummond. He's a good close shooter near the basket and Drummond can't stop him for some reason. So what happens? Dre gets down on himself and the team's energy goes with it. But we'll see if it happens again. It's also Nene that gives us fits. He plays like a star against us.
