Since being inserted as the leadoff hitter on May 11th:

23 games
.374/.462/.681/1.143
4 2B
8 HR
20 RB
9 SB

Coming up he was called Richie Sexon with speed. He's starting to look like it.

Such is life when everyone just compares you to who you look like. It's the same in every sport.

Oh, you're tall and white? Richie Sexson. But what if you're a pitcher? Randy Johnson. Oh, you're black, fast, and hit homers? Mike Cameron. You're short and white? David Eckstein.

Baseball skills are irrelevant when determining who you are comparable to.

Hart has been ridiculous this year. A 6-6 leadoff guy who will steal 40 bags and hit 25 HR's or so? He's a very weird ball player.

One smart move ned yost did this year is put hart in the lead off spot . I mean whod ever think coming into this year he would be the lead off hitter.
