It is best to rest Cody in a game like this. No point in running any risks this close to the end of the season. As for Hawes, back problems are very difficult to predict. He may be ready next week, next month, or next season.

Meanwhile, Coach Clifford had nothing but good things to say about Hansbrough after last night's game. He mentioned that Miami tried to come at him with the pick-and-roll from different angles, but it did not work. Clifford also praised him and Daniels for being always ready. It would be good to see Hans pick up some minutes in both halves, in preparation for the playoffs.

Guess Hawes looked better in practice, upgraded to questionable.

Interesting what Al going back to starting would do to the team.

Only for tomorrow. Denver's bigs are young and inexperienced. Al will destroy them on offense. As long as he moves right back to the bench as soon as Cody's healthy, I'd like to see him start tomorrow.

Finally Tyler will get some burns. 10 pts, 15 rebs, 6 fouls. You gotta show those young big men how cruel the real world Tyler.

Since Zeller will try to play and Hawes will be officially available, Tyler may get the short end of the stick tonight. Jokic and Nurcik at center for the Nuggets. They are both 21 years old, never played college ball. Darrell Arthur started at power forward last night, ending up with one rebound in 18 minutes.

Not a good decision by the team or by Mr. Zeller.

If Kemba missed that one, I'd have to proclaim the streak is over, back to mere mortal.
