2 outs, man on 2nd in a tied game. Manny Acta decides to IBB Andruw Jones, mind you is hitting .197

Terrible.

Like against the Orioles the other day when Proctor blew the game.
Horrible manager. I can't believe he's going into the Hall of Fame.

Theres more to the situational aspect of the game, you also have to know how to mesh 25 guys together for an 8 month period to achieve a championship. You have to deal with injuries, trades, and players being released and a constant change of personnel (which is why teams that stay healthy and don't make too many moves often win). They know their players better than any of you and have merit to their moves.
Bench Biggio on the road so he can get his 3,000th hit at home.....riiiiight

Like use Mariano Rivera in the 7th or 8th inning of a high-leverage situation (like say, tie game, bases loaded, one out in the 7th inning). Or use A-Rod at short instead of Jeter. Or not use Johnny Damon as a DH. His usage of the bullpen is a joke it seems. It's not an official game unless Scott Proctor throws a pitch. I understand he's hamstrung by the 100 million dollar pitching rotation and everthing, but I don't know about him.
But you probably see him more than me, so you have a better grasp I guess.
