really surprised that Dragic is getting top 3 from people here. Perhaps they are just looking at the box scores. He had a great first Q but then stunk the place up. His D is killing us and if Whiteside can't cover for him whilst covering his own man we are in trouble. There's a reason that he wasn't in at crunch time, his D may be even worse than Jerely Lin's.

Funny how 1 killer crossover can shape people's perception for the whole game. Kemba scored 7 pts while Dragic was defending him. That's all. 5 in the 1st half and 2 in the 2nd. Dragic was doing some serious damage of his own on offense while Kemba was going off in the 2nd quarter.

This season Dragic is 1 out of only 5 players who are defending at least 10 attempts per game and keeping their opponents below 40 FG%. He's also a top 5 guard in Defended field goal percentage. I don't think Dragic's D is an issue this season. Not when you have guys like JJ and Wade on the floor as well.

You should watch games instead of reading stats sheets. Dragic is an open door on defense good job that others cover his ass.

I watch games. I gave you defensive player tracking stats. Those are solid stats right there. Dragic's been doing a great job on D this season. Not every game, but most games definitely. How many point guards torched the Heat this season? Not many! Spo already talked about Dragic's much improved D on many occasions and so did many others. I guess you're the one who should watch a game or two.

I agree that Dragic didn't do a great job on Kemba, but even in that game Kemba didn't really torch Dragic. He shot 3-8 with Dragic on him and got awarded 2 freebies when the refs made up a shooting foul on Dragic.

You can't simply disregard Dragic's great defensive numbers this season and just make stuff up.

You keep quoting stats like Kemba only got 3 of 8 but that was because of players saving Goran. Go back and count how many times Goran was skinned alive whether Kemba scored or not.
