Luckily I haven't watched most of the last few games, but remember how the college season is set out - it's all about the tournaments - which haven't started yet. So, it's too soon to count MD out.

Ok,not the smartest of plays by Trimble or Sulaimon at the end but a win is a...I can see Hawaii beating the Terps. They are smaller and quicker with a legitimate center. I would hope that Stone gets over his nerves and they bang it inside but if the Terps give Hawaii that kind of room to shoot threes, Terps will lose.

I cannot wait until Sunday! I called local radio (1420 Sports Animals in Honolulu) and called for this matchup about three weeks ago.

Gary Dickman is a local/Hawaii announcer but a HUGE Maryland fan. I love calling him and Chris Hart. This game will be epic.

Melo is ruining is draft status every dang game. That last foul was a freshman foul. The NCAA is a point guard chance to earn some money. Him sitting on the bench against Dakota while the game is in the balance ain't a good look. I don't want another young suspect point. We need a vet back up like Lin in Charlotte that can play the one and two cause John gonna be jacking up bad shots so bring the vet in and Beal gonna be hurt so he needs to back him up - Combo guard ... And Melo Aint that

Melo is not a point guard. He can be but he's a shoots first PG who has been driving a lot but not dishing. In his last game against Michigan State, he had two assists and shot 2-for-15. Today, he did have 19 points (0-4 3pt) but had 3 turnovers and 2 assists. It's kind of nitpicking after a win but we know they can beat Hawaii and lose to Hawaii.

If I'm wrong my Terps march Madness marches on.

I really think Bobbitt is an NBA PG. Trimble is going to be like Trey Burke. Kind of a tweener. Bobbitt is a nasty defender with streaky offensive ability. What sets Bobbitt apart is he is a very good distributor.

Layman was great. Stone seems like Marylands version of Casey Saunders, albeit a little better. With the way the nba is changing I don't see him being a player in the pro's. He'd better return to school.
