President Donald Trump referred to African countries, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole" nations during a meeting Thursday and asked why the U.S. can't have more immigrants from Norway.

Yup, he's the closest thing they have to a sure thing for the NBA. He got in foul trouble the last game and that messed him up. He's a natural scorer - kinda like a poor man's Demarcus Cousins. Stone and Layman are important, but I think ultimately the team wins or loses based on how Melo plays.

He's a plodder with terrible physique. He's unathletic and all of his moves are at like 75% speed. I see him as a smaller less skilled version of Marc Gasol who doesnt rebound. In this hyper athletic warp speed NBA I don't see how a player like Stone fits in. In 1990 he'd be an ideal PF.

WizDynasty, wherever he is & God rest his soul, always made a big deal about quick twitch athleticism. I'm still not totally sure what that means, but w/e it is Stone lacks any quick twitch athleticism.

If Mitch McGary can be drafted 21st by OKC, Stone can have a nice career. He's not an amazing athlete but he's got a 7'4 wingspan and it's not like he's out of shape.

Actually, you pretty much described a poor man's Demarcus Cousins - except for exaggerating his negatives. Regardless of perceived negatives in his athleticism, Stone has a great ability to put the ball in the basket - which is why he will be a lottery pick. He's got natural scoring abiity. There are obvious faults in his game, and he does need to get into better shape - as have a lot of bigs in the NBA when they were his age (see enormously over-weight Marc Gasol who you mentioned) - but the scoring ability will translate into the NBA.

I'll be shocked if he's not a lottery pick, and I'll be shocked if there's anyone else on the Terps roster that will be a lottery pick.

Stone will score 20+ against Hawaii.

Maryland is holding him back. His offense will be good in the NBA but he needs a LOT of work defensively and with fundamental boxing out.

Stone really could stand to stay in school but UMCP isn't growing his game.

He just turned 19. Trimble is 21.

Diamond is a real young pup who I would also compare him to Demarcus Cousins. He has perimeter and ball handling skills that Maryland's horrible offense doesn't showcase.

Stone and Carter are very good offensively. Their offensive system stifles a bit their true gifts IMO. Turgeon has coached them down IMO.

Maryland better not underestimate UH.

Aaron Valdez and Rod Bobbitt each have posted collegiate triple-doubles. Both generate a lot of steals.

The number one objective for Maryland needs to be to get UH big man Stefan Jankovic in foul trouble. Jankovic is a triple threat on offense, at 6'11". However, he's very foul prone.

Terps need to continue to attack the rim.

3:29 left in the 1st half. MD has zero offensive rebounds (Hawaii has 6) and zero 3's (out of 6 tries). Still ahead by 4, but I think that's because Bobbitt got in quick foul trouble. This is going down to the wire.

UH wins a close game.

Maryland is too dumb to execute well in the clutch.

I dislike this Terps team from a standpoint of them having all this talent and them underperforming.

I agree CCJ, this is such a frustrating team to watch.

Can't stand their lackluster play and lack of focus. I've lost a lot of faith in Trimble as the floor leader, all he does now is throwing up errant bricks.
