Man, I was clinging to a lead vs. Agents of Diop (Sachmo?), won by 0.8.

I might start resting guys for the playoffs, give Myers Leonard, Jeremy Lin and Harrison Barnes some playing time.

I forgot to set my lineup last two weeks, didn't matter, still scored 595 points last week.

2021 pick swap for you resting your guys during the last week of the regular season.

I'm like 30% serious. I'll have a fit if I won't make the playoffs despite my points-points against record.

I forgot last week, but it looks like I clinched the 3 seed despite the loss. Just waiting on seeds 2 and 4 now.

I think i missed 3 weeks of setting my lineup some time in late Dec/Jan.

At least I finished off with a win to avoid the last place finish.

Went from most points scored or at least top 2 last year to 2nd worst this season.

haha, I noticed that. it was pretty cool.

in the end, the four teams who scored the most raw points made the playoffs after all.

Liver Pooty will get my draft pick this year from the Carmelo trade. It was lottery (top6) protected this summer so I will get to convey it now.

No shame in losing a trip to the finals because of Dirk's 40-point game and Melo's random migraine, I guess. At least I can feel good that team which I constructed was good enough to compete.

Good on you, Blackout! We both know we were the stronger semifinal pairing, haha. Now take down Fats and his Warriors-like 18-1 team.

The time for an upset is now. Lopez, Faried, Gasol and Randolph all injured (really first injury crisis I've had to deal with all year - very lucky).

Also, Westbrook only playing 3 games this week.

So, two of my top 4 guys (Gasol and Lopez) are out? And one of my top 2 on a short schedule.

edit2 - Gasol might play Monday. Argh. He's playing 4 games this week. Should I risk it?

I thought I was done when I couldn't close the gap by Friday, but then I saw Dirk had his best scoring game in over two years last night and was solid all-around as well. Sucks about Carmelo, though I did end up winning by just a tick more than his season average for FPTS.

Oh yeah, not trying to take anything away from your victory in that sense.

I didn't think you were.

I just feel weird because I made the finals in both of my leagues by the skin of my teeth, and the other league was on a technicality.

It's a categories league, both semifinals ended 4-4 and the tiebreaker apparently just goes to the higher seed. I run that league so I feel kinda guilty, but I can find NO place with a specified tiebreaker setting for they playoffs.

The actor who played the coach in the TV show "White Shadow" died. This has to be a bad omen for my team this week. RIP Coach Reeves.
