Game 71: Pistons (36-34) vs. Bucks (30-40) - 7:30 PM EST

big divisional game, it'd be huge to win today and Wednesday because it'll be tough to win both games against the hawks and hornets later this week.

Yeah I was iffy on letting greg go since you never want to see value walk out of the door with nothing in exchange, but he's a black hole and was detriment to our spacing. He's younger al jefferson without the mini jump hooks.

We need this win tonight though. Hell, we need them all. ONE of these teams fighting for 7&8 is going to slip up and drop a game they shouldn't. It CAN'T be us!

Look at it this way and trust me it becomes so much easier.

The Pistons need to go 8-4 over their remaining games to make the playoffs. That would be 44-38. I believe that will be enough to land either the 8th, or even possibly the 7th seed.

So with each win, knock one of those games off! It makes it easier and gives you hope.

Win tonight, and its only 7-4! Win the next two and they only need to go 6-4 which even crappy teams can do!

The next two games for the Pistons are against the Bucks(tonight) and the Magic and BOTH games are at home. If they drop one of these, they will HAVE to win one of the games I feel will be a loss(The OKC game)

With so many home games remaining I feel like the team is going to have to implode for them to miss the playoffs. If they win the next two I would put them at a virtual lock to make it. They would be 38-34 with 6 more home games left.

If they drop the Bucks or Magic home games, well, that would be a major damn blow...

I'm feeling the optimism for sure, and I got a feeling we beat ATL next time we play. Don't quote me on that though, it's just a feeling!

Dre has had enough of a rest from last game to push it in this one. He should come out and beast it inside tonight against Monroe. I think this one will be a blow out. If Bucks make their shots, it'll closer than it should be. Our defense should really step up in this one. We need momentum defensively.

It's quite possible if Gasol isn't playing and even if he does there's no way he can keep up with Cousins. I think if the kings keep it close, they'll win the game in the end. Cousins is just too good and is too hungry for a win. I'm gonna go ahead and predict the Kings win tonight. But i'm more worried about Atlanta. I'm sure they'll play hard, but they need to win against Washington cuz they're annoying me.

This is a huge game. Indy play Philly and Chicago play the Kings, so we can't afford a loss here.

We're due for a run. We've bounced up and down all season. I'm just gonna be optimistic and hope we can pull off the next four games though I know it's a tall task.
