Lillard always struggles against us, not a good matchup for him, but Ed Davis game them a nice boost, and Blazers are staying in this.

DJ is killing the team on offense though. 2/6 FG, 4/12 FT, 3 ast, 5 tov, 8 pts

I missed the 1st half but heard our defense was pretty good and we were up at the half. I actually liked that Doc brought in Jamal Crawford in the 2nd half to change up the look for the Blazers' defense. However, we're down 7 points in the 4th quarter despite Portland shooting 37.8% from the field and 22.7% from beyond the arc. Why is that? Because the Clippers are shooting 11.8% from beyond the arc and 54.5% at the charity stripe.

I'm actually surprised that the former Dukie didn't hit a buzzer-beating game-winner in the NBA before. Talk about being an under-utilized weapon in such closing moments. At the very least, he'd make a distracting decoy for the opposing defense.
