if you manage to lose to a team without davis phano, I don't know what to say.
Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there wondering, fearing, Doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before;

6-2 leads with both of my teams so far. It's early though.

Good win KJG. I just don't have enough players to win, lol. Damn injuries. Good thing I have to give up two more this off-season.

**** begins the season blasting me because I dared to invoke injuries from the past season..... and ends it doing the same thing for himself
Gotta love a good ol' hypocrite
Stop crying.....and you won't give up two players, that was just my idea to make you feel less miserable...AFAIK, it hasn't been approved
You'll give up to FIVE....so do it moonie, strip this fool dry of his "goodies"

It's not over yet! Player health is going to play a big part - I have Oladipo and Z-Bo questionable for today - but Jonas is back and I even had a Boban Marjanovic sighting.
Speaking of Boban, I need to find a way to protect him from expansion... Boban will likely end up being better than anyone I would draft with a low pick this year.
I'm dreading the expansion, I still don't see the need for it and it will unfairly penalize better owners if the draft isn't spread evenly across all teams.

Out of all options with the expansion draft, ROballer's setup is the fairest of all. I appreciate all the thought that went into that. But at the same time, I have my reservations on letting my prospects go.
Probably things that need to be answered first are:
-Do we need to expand? Why?
-Who among the active GMs are in favor?
-What do we do with the inactive GMs?
-Can we just assign replacement GMs to the inactive ones?
I'd like to see how far the team that I'm constructing will go. This is the thrill of starting from low tier players and prospects and seeing how they'll do eventually. But I still would welcome new competition, but not at the expense of my Mirj year 2020 plan.

For some reason what you continue to fail at understanding is that your injured players are hot trash regardless and it won't change anything if they are healthy.
You are a middle of the pack team when healthy. Playoff fodder is your ceiling. I'd prefer we gave your team to Moonpie.
As for Tugs' questions - I'm all for an expansion if I don't have to give up my players. What benefit is there for us to bring someone into the league when we are already a 12 team league?
If two owners want to come in and put in the effort to be a apart of this great league and build from the ground up I'm alright with that. Otherwise I should just vote for Bernie Sanders and go hand half my paycheck to the woman buying lobster with her welfare check. Extreme, but it sure feels applicable.

Gray might be out and Marionette stopped checking into this thread. Moonpie to replace Gray could end up happening unless I hear differently, or hear anything, from Gray.

Re: Award Winning Lakers Board NBA Dynasty League
Hey guys
When I first signed up to join this league, I thought that at this time, I would have been accepted into a bevy of colleges that would provide a clear path to pursuing the career I'm interested in. I thought that I'd have offers from my top choices and would be able to balance school work with my extracurricular activities. It turns out that I wildly overestimated my own capabilities, as decision season has not been kind to me. I've been rejected by most schools that I've applied to and my future is looking increasingly cloudy. At this point, I don't see a path forward that doesn't involve spending the bulk of my time in college on academic and career related pursuits at one of my safeties.
I'd love to continue participating in this league, given that it features some of the best trash talk on the internet. Ro v Doormatt v ak7 while everyone craps on Earl is a show I'd hate to miss. However, I don't think it would be fair for me to take the spot of a more active manager who will actively work the wire while keeping this thread lively. I know this is probably ridiculous given that I'm essentially quitting after 1 year of signing up for a dynasty league and I would love to stay on for longer, but again, it wouldn't be fair for you guys or for moonpie/whoever wants to join. The team I built with Kawhi, Klay, Wall, Mids, Rudy etc. has plenty of talent and with a gm that can work the wire/win a few trades, should be more than ready to compete again next year.
tl;dr feel free to kick me Shane

You're more than welcome back once you find the path to happiness. By then Mirjalovic will have had quit after successfully landing you multiple #1 picks. Good luck man and thanks for checking in and given us a heads up. You're a smart dude you'll figure it out sooner than later. At least you can prioritize properly.

i'm looks like a genius now. Trade a broken Marc Gasol for Julius "13-18-10" Randle and Stanley "Soon or Later i will trip dub too" Johnson.

Victory is slipping through my fingers - Oladipo out 2 games, Deron will be out 2 as well.
That leaves me with only 3 warm bodies available for tomorrow and two of them are waiver wire fodder - David Lee & Beasley.
At least there's this:

So......we're still expanding or not?
I have no problem with not expanding, but there's one little thing that bugs me
That **** asian douchebag named Mirja, better not get Ben Simmons ...if I had known the first 2 picks are up for grabs, I would have tanked since Christmas
So if we're not expanding, there better be a lottery in place for the draft

I 8-1'ed you last time we played. Be careful what you wish for.
