wingspan is based on arm length, torso width? Right?

Is one of Bazemore's arms 2 inches longer than the other?

If Bazemore has 2.25 inches more in wingspan...that simply means each of his arms are 1.125 inches longer.

Does that make him drastically bigger?

Wingspan means exactly what you think it means. Drastically bigger or not it's relevant to defensive and spacing.

This is...frustrating. And inaccurate.

Oladipo is avg:

  • 25/4/4 for the week.
  • 20/5/4 for the month.
  • 16/4/4 for the season.
  • 16/4/4 for his career

And I've certainly been a fan of Victor's for more than 2 great games. Hell, I was singing his praises more than a month ago IN THIS THREAD.

Jamaaliver wrote:I think Oladipo has the chance to be a very good SG. not an offensive juggernaut, but an above average, two-way, get to the rim star...

He has a good work ethic and a desire to excel. In our system, at age 25, he could possibly be as good as Jimmy Butler is today. An above average player, perennial All Star with no real holes in his game...

I think this is a better stat

3/4* losses for the week

8/11* losses for the month

40/69* losses for the year

156/233* losses for the career

You sometimes gotta take a step back and look at how meaningful those stats are. Rudy Gay has averages of 19/6/2 for his career, I'm sure every team he's been on has been very thankful of that.

Yes or No.....

Teague for the 14th pick?

Rockets and Jazz are fighting it out for the 8th spot in the west. Both teams need a PG and i think one of them will not make the playoffs

Hell no, not interested in trading Jeff unless it worth it off the top. These deals are far from worth it. Maybe for Bazemore but not for Teague or Schröder.

This is much better. Still no. We are looking to go younger but the pick is not of interest as the main point. The best reference is we made it clear. We wanted Rodney Hood and their pick for Jeff Teague. That's a package that would interest us.

I can't see Teague being traded. Dennis more likely.

The Jazz, Bucks, and Magic are the only lottery teams i can think of being interested in Teague (or Dennis). Their is a small chance that the Bucks can go up as high as the 9th-10th pick in this year's draft.

Here is hoping that the Bucks can tank the last 10 games and gets below the Knicks, Magic, and Kings.

That's your problem. Your thinking. Let the team do what they do. They will make a great decision for their major asset.

If they traded DS I would throw in the towel on this entire FO and organization. That wouod be the dumbest move they ever did.

You dont trade young budding talent under contract and stick with your aging veteran that can walk for free at the end of the year.

DS is going to want to get the max. Teague is going to want want north of $15m or whatever Dennis wants. Millsap is going to opt out and re-up. Korver's going to leave a blank hole at SG and lord knows what THJ will want. I think both will be traded for cheap long term talent.

How about....

if the Pacers end up missing the playoffs... Teague for George Hill and the #14 pick?

Teague goes home to Indy

Hawks get Hill to back up DS and can use the 14th pick to get Valentine, Luwawu, or Labissiere

For an expiring Teague, a late lotto pick and a pretty good PG slated for a backup role might be the best we get.

I don't know if Indy will want to though. Remember they thought that Hill was enough for Teague straight up at the deadline.

I would rather re-sign both players than trade Teague for some mediocre package just to say we traded him. Our offense thrives when our points are breaking down the defense and it is a huge plus for us to have 2 who can do so. With a skyrocketing cap and the full bird rights to both players, I would rather keep both.

I say let Bazemore go, use our available cap to resign Humphries and to find a starting SF and then go over the cap to sign Horford.

You have to balance the basketball side and the business side. And the business side you are talking about is not realistic.

You are basically saying, that we tell Teague behind closed doors that "we will resign you, give you the money you want, but as soon as the six months are up, we are trading you right away."
