He is likely going to be a good solid, versatile, role player on a good team.

Pretty much. There will be some breakdown in communication, words will be misconstrued and he'll say he doesn't trust the front office anymore leading to an eventual trade.

Is he better than other Euroleague signings like Turkoglu, Childress and Weems?

and the other two actually played in the NBA before playing in EL (like PJ Tucker). which provides incomparable scouting info/data (for whatever thats worth... two thirds of those guys were busts).

seems like comparing apples to oranges in terms of projecting/predicting how these guys will fit into the league

Turkoglu played for 15 years in NBA, played in NBA Finals, got MIP... It's different.

I am not a big fan of this guy at all. I would set expectations really low. I dont think hes better than Weems, hes kinda like Weems, but less athletic version.

Yeah no one is really that high on him outside this board. I think he has a more diversified skillset offensively but I don't expect him to be able to handle NBA 3s or be a stopper on the other end.

I am not high about him. I have said that McDonough seems really high about him, but in my opinion he is not starter material in the NBA.

That isn'ta problem, because he was the #27 pick two years ago so not a big deal at all if he doesn’t become an starter or a sixth man in the league. He probably is gonna be a good bench role player and that is good enough when you select a player in the late twenties.

Hopefully he is better than that, but my expectations are low. I will be very happy if he can play in the NBA like Belinelli, for example.

Let's be honest, Teletovic doesn't do a whole lot for us except come off the bench and shoot 3's (at a decent clip). If Bobo can come in and shoot 3's at a decent clip, I think that's already a success. He has other skills but I don't expect him to have NBA level playmaking or defense.

Big games coming up for Bogdan in the Euroleague. His team plays Real Madrid, the defending champion, in a BO5 playoff, the winner qualifies for the final four. I really recommend to watch the games if you can. I have found the games from Top 16 in the EL much more interesting than most of NBA regular season games, playoffs are another story.

Is it racist that I thought Bogdan and Bojan were related?

Betting on CSKA, Barcelona and Laboral victories. Not touching Real Madrid vs Fene series, that one is unpredictable.

Yeah, I would recommend you these Euroleague playoffs if you are a basketball junkie. The level of competition is pretty good. Fenerbache vs Real Madrid especially, has some legit talent.

I think he ll be able to contribute well. He has the competitive spirit, and can play multiple positions as a backup. He shoots well, has the size, a good ball handler, and fairly tough at times. So I see him doing well against bench 1/2/3s - better than Archie I'm pretty sure.

No doubt he will contribute. Great first half in the first game of the playoff series against Real Madrid. He hit a long three(one miss from long distance and another from a prayer in the end of half), attacked the basket constantly, protected well the ball against double teams and fed the bigs with great passes(Udoh almost broke the basket after one of those), big games player. Definitely a better player than Goodwin and I can't wait to see how he adjusts to the NBA game. Commentators mentioned about an interview of Suns manager, so they are definitely trying to bring him next season.

For those interested you can find a stream to watch him live in the second half.

Second half belonged to Kostas Sloukas from FB. Most memorable from Bogdan was an important three with less than 2 mins remaining for the win. Pretty good overall game - 17pts, 5a, 4r.

It was an amazing game in my opinion, the crowd was immense and in this game. In Europe the atmosphere at the arena is far batter than in the NBA and you could fill that yesterday.
