Well yeah Beasley was a more feared college player then Simmons or Ingram I would say. Incredible enough Beasley looked very impressive in comparison to a really talented draft that year. I think Beasley actually makes a great player next to Dwight, he's in the right situation. In Minnesota and Miami he wasn't gonna beat bosh or love for the big minutes, his recent success makes sense.

I think if the Spurs could get him... he would end up having an insane season. And I'm not saying that Spurs can fix every player and etc.. but I think that his skillset would fit just right there. They have too many father-like figures for him to go crazy, and if he can keep up this kind of intensity and willingness to play (defend and pass too), he would be a major problem in the league - especially knowing Pop, even IF he has some mental issues, we all know how he connects with people, gets to them in different ways, they would find a way to work together.

I think this is the wrong mentality. There are no father figures in Houston and Beasley is flourishing. He needs a long leash and minutes to be successful. If Beasley signed in SA I imagine it would be a lot like his last stay in Miami.

But for real, 14.6 PPG in less than 18 minutes per contest on very solid efficiency. Obviously a small sample size, but he's really playing well thus far. Averaging almost 11 rebounds per 36 too, which is long overdue considering he averaged double-digit RPG as a freshman at Kansas State and had one of the best seasons in NCAA history.

I don't expect these crazy numbers to continue, but I really see him as a 20 PPG PER36 on average efficiency if he is able to run the show for the 2nd unit of the Rockets.

His beard is like when you tear off a sticker and part of it you can't get to come off.
