We're 3rd seed.

Also if we win out the 3rd seed is ours.

Miami just can't catch a damn break...oh well, it's their fault for losing to the Lakers. Miami needs to get their heads out their *** and start playing. That Portland game tomorrow night is a must now.

they are exerting so much energy while winning 90% of games and should be resting everyone in normal circumstances. it's hilarious.

impressive though. they should be proud of this regular season no matter what happens at the end.

Yeah, I saw that. Dragic isn't a bad team defender, he just struggles with guys blowing by him and that's just very noticeable even for the casual fan.

Doesn't Dragic have minor nagging injuries as well? Might as well rest him tomorrow too then. It is a schedule loss.

No it's not a scheduled loss. Lol

The Blazers are a mediocre .500 team. They aren't world beaters.

Also what did you think about tonight? I thought that Goran looked better defensively than J Rich. Rich couldn't get over any screens. Collision walked all over him.

Maybe, it is a back to back and Portland is still a tough place to play always. I saw since the new year they are the 7th best team in the league. Granted a lot of those wins came from that easy schedule they had but Lillard and McCollum have been balling out though. That's why I almost see it as a schedule loss. Would love to be wrong on that :).

I only watched the 4th tonight to be honest and his defense wasn't bad on Collison IMO. He was contesting everything and getting over screens.

I didn't see Rich defending Collison so can't comment on how he did. He has crashed hard though shooting wise though.

Don't worry QUIZ, we'll end up blowing it. Lillard about to lay the smackdown on Goran tomorrow.

Keep in mind IT is very easy to shut down with bigger guys on him. The Cavs took him out last year by playing Shumpert on him. Dragic has been up and down this season but he's clearly the better overall player IMO. IT has been better this season overall.

PaulieWal wrote:We won the game. The rest is just gravy. I would like Dragic to be more assertive in the 4th but it's okay, all about baby steps. Wade sat tonight if he can play tomorrow he will be fresh and that will be huge. Tomorrow's probably our toughest remaining game of the season.

Boston at the end of the regular season in the Garden will be a monster game.

Even if we lose we'd still be tied for 3rd seed in the loss column.

We aren't winning out lol. One loss is the best case scenario but I think our schedule is actually pretty tough considering we just lost to the Lakers.

I agree. Even now we are inconsistent as hell. Our defense has been shaky post all-star and our offense is better but guys are losing focus with turnovers and stupid mistakes.

To be honest at this point I would be happy with just having HCA in round 1. As long as we meet the Cavs and push them to 6-7, that's all I ask for.

We may be in 3rd but Charlotte Atlanta and Boston are all hotter than us right now. Their schedules are much harder than ours right now.

I remember back in 09 we went into the playoffs off of a hot streak and ended up losing in 5 to the old 4th seeded Celtics who were having a down year.

Once that playoffs start all that crap doesn't matter. No one will remember the fact that we blew this game or that game.

Either our guys will bring it or they won't.

The Celtics give everything the have to get this win and, in the end, they're left in 6th. Bwahahahaha

Wait, wait, we're the third seed . . . which means that we would play the . . . the joke's on us :(
