Interestingly, ESPN's stats seem to apply a different logic to their league leaders in this category (check out previous years Vs basketball reference), so if he does get to 55 he should be their "leader". He has at least qualified for the rookie league leader% as the rookie criteria is half the overall, & I would suspect this would have to be one of the best % seasons ever for a rookie, but don't know how to check.

There's a line of demarcation between all nba players and nba rookies. He won't lead the league, but could lead rookies and be recognized for it.

That was in 2013. Since the 2014 season, the minimum requirement for 3P% eligibility is 82 3P, not 55 anymore. The rookie requirement, however is half of that, or 41 3P. So he would be eligible among the rookie class.

Highly doubtful. Voters will look at points per game first and foremost. I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't make either squad.

Younger players will get more bias from ROY voters and volume numbers matters most, regardless of efficiency. I'd say it's 50/50 for Rich to make 2nd team. 1st team is virtually impossible at this point.
