Now that we've won the Padres series, I'm looking towards SF.

Looks like it will be:
Wood
Stripling
Kershaw
Kaz

Stripling's 1st major league start on a Friday night in San Francisco. What could go wrong?

Utley drops the ball that would be a double play in the 6th for Maeda to help the Dodgers break the franchise record for scoreless innings to start a season, but recovers enough for the out at 2B.

luckily New York bailed him out.

The Dodgers shouldn't have even been in that position to begin with because of the drop by Utley to blow the DP at 2B, but we got a real favorable call by MLB on the replay. It looked like the Padres scored on that play at the plate and I would have been upset if that call went against us if the shoe were on the other foot, but I'll take it.

Yasiel is 6-10 on the season with 2 triples and a homerun. He's been hitting the ball hard based on his exit-velocity readings.

Didn't know Justin Turner could go 3 days in a row? Will there be a 4th?
This game should function as a quick turn around given travel and today's start time.
