Believe it or not but we still control our own fate when it comes to home court. If Boston loses tonight and we win out were 4th seed at the least. If Atlanta losses tonight and we win out were 4th seed.

If we win out worst case scenario is 4th seed, best case is 3rd. We'll see what happens. Time for a Bosh update though.

Getting Bosh and TJ back would be a God-send. If it happens I'm extremely confident we can make the Finals.

For the 3 seed, we need the following:

If Boston wins tonight:
(1) We win out
(2) Boston loses to Charlotte (Mon)

If Atlanta wins tonight:
(1) We win out
(2) Atlanta loses to Cleveland (Mon) or Washington (Wed)

One potential wrinkle: If Atlanta, Boston, and Miami all finish 49-33, I believe we'd win the 3 seed by virtue of being the only division winner in the bunch. So if Atlanta loses tonight, we'd still have a shot at winning the 3 seed even though we'd have lost the season series against Boston.

Wasn't aware of the last part. If that's true I may be rooting for the Celtics tonight. Cavs will rest against the Hawks probably and then they play the Wizards.

Same here. TJ will be back possibly as soon as tomorrow but Bosh is still the question mark.

Well, it's tricky. I should have clarified: we'd win the 3-seed tiebreaker only (i) in a two-team tie with someone other than Boston, or (ii) in a multi-team tie. If we finish tied only with Boston, they'd win the 3 seed. If we're rooting for Atlanta to lose tonight, we should also be rooting for them to win their next two.

I don't care much at this point, rest everyone. Let your bench get more reps in. Hope you land at six, and still avoid Cleveland at till eastern conference finals. I doubt going hard these last 3 is going to net you anything good other than a possible injury. Boston and Atlanta aren't going to give up seed 3-4

I think Atlanta will win their next 2. The Cavs can clinch the 1st seed tonight with a win so they'll be resting their guys. Their last game is against the Wizards with a banged up Wall. Regardless we need Atlanta to go 2-1 Boston to go 2-1 and us to go 3-0. There's tons of different scenarios but the 3 team tie may be the most possible.

Right now? Not much unless it's a blowout. He's a project player. Offensively he's still very raw, he shot 34% from the field during his 6 game stint in Memphis.

With that said he would've been drafted if he never tore his acl. There a lot to like, he's and athletic defensive minded point. Just the type of player that we love.

Dru Smith very lucky he got that 500k this year. He should invest and manage a subway after all this-MettaWorldPanda

I doubt Weber will be with us until the Skyforce win the D-league championship.

This entire Bosh situation has been very mysterious. Everybody was quite about it until Bosh releases a statement saying he is hopeful to come back this season. Nothing happens and Miami organization still currently no official press release wether he is coming back or out for the season. Yet Chris has been working out and traveling w/ the team......

.....I keep thinking they will bring him back into the fold come playoffs & surprise the f*ck out of everybody. But at the same time how conditioned will his body be being away from the game for so long....especially coming back in the playoffs where games become tougher.

It's all been very strange. Will Chris surprise us all come game 1 of the playoffs?
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

I don't plan on Bosh being back at this point I'm just saying it's time for the update. Tell us if he's coming back or not so we know for sure.

This is the exact information I came on here to ask about  Glad ATL won then. I hope Boston loses against Charlotte too.

About Bosh...I don't think there is anyway he comes back. He's not even practicing with the team. I'm not even sure how much he'd help coming back at this point imo, unless he played like 15 min a game basically just taking Amare's place.

TJ on the other hand. I hope he comes back tomorrow and plays a lot of minutes from here on out. We will need him for the bench scoring in the playoffs.
