Ok, so originally I believed there was an 8 hour time frame between the two posts. I looked at some of my comments on BG and some of my comments here, fixed my time zone for the board. I know for a fact that my SBnation settings are 3 hours behind.

Millie's original post happened at 12:14 PM EST. Hands post on BF happened at 10:18 AM EST.

So to add another assertion to the plagiarism crown, Millie had to have seen Hands post within 2 hours of his initial posting on a platform that doesn't give you individual user posting notifications, on a 2 day old fanpost that shares many different similiarities with other "open letter" style posts on that site, on a weekday.

I have trouble deciding what's the best part of all this, but Sluggerface's message board forensics work would make a great episode of CSI Cyber.

We've now gone close to 24 hours with no denial/response from milellie111.

Millie is straight-up busted, at a minimum he plagerized , so his trolling operation has been compromised .

I definitely thought it was an unspoken 'inside' secret that milellie = Hands11. I'm shocked anyone would even question that. Seemed pretty obvious for a while now.

I watched a movie called Predestination (based on a Robert Heinlein short story), and now I'm starting to see the connection between Monte and AFM. Btw - good sci-fi movie - though poor production values for those who prefer action-packed Hollywoodish movies. The end was wow... unless you predicted it.

The subject of Millie and Hands merged (Mands) has got me thinking. Any trademark attorneys on the board? I have an idea: Mannaise, the Masculine Sandwich Spread. I want to get some protection from it. Also Mandrogeny, for all the masculine gender fender benders. Can you get trademark protection for a cultural phenomenon that may not yet have come to pass? Regardless, it's definitely a Mand's world.

I'll cop to it. Over on the Pistons board, we created both the Millie and the Hands personas. We knew that one day, the Pistons and Wizards would be entrenched in an important battle. Knowing that Wizards players read these boards, we decided to release the smoking guy the day before the big game to throw the entire Wizards team into confusion. Notice all those open 3s we got in the first quarter? Everyone was like "WTF? Millie = Hands? Oh yeah! Defense!"

Is the timing right for Millie to have copy/pasted Hands? I think it might be the other way around.

That would surprise me less than Millie doing it. Why? Because Hands' writing was so incredibly full of spelling errors and bad grammar -- and he PM'd me that he was dyslexic.

No way Millie is dyslexic. Most convincing, however, is just how different the two are overall. Millie dosn't do the characteristic Hands things -- like saying what was going to happen in the future w/ great specificity (and then changing it randomly -- back when he was posting here this season was never characterized as "a transition year" for example). And frequently posting completely contradictory things -- seemingly unconscious of doing it, or even of the issue of consistency.

If Hands and Millie are the same person, then that person is pretty good at constructing online personas and giving them very convincing personalities.
