Why the strawman argument? Nobody's saying that they aren't a threat. Just they are about as much of a threat to us as we are to them, and I feel we have more talent. Let's just hope the players don't have the mentality you do. The fact you guys are here thinking its better we avoid teams like Boston, Atlanta, or Charlotte means we aren't good enough to advance. That's not the case in my view. If we play our game, we can undoubtedly beat a team like Boston in a series. We'll see.

We need the Hawks to win tomorrow and then for LeBron to do his boy Wade a favor and beat the Hawks. We then have to win out and win in Boston on a second night of a back to back. Them beating us means they sweep us which is very hard to do to a decent team as you saw with us losing to the Magic tonight.

I have us beating Celtics for our final game of reg season. As you stated we are too good of a team to be swept by a team like Boston. We ARE the better team!

Not saying we can't, but the Boston game is the second game of back to back, in Boston. I don't have high hopes for that game.

Magic got us, they played good d, ref were horrible for us. We will destroy the magic sunday, as well as the celts and pistons. 3rd seed through 6th wont make much of a difference...playing the magic twice is like a mini serie were we can get battle tested gotta love it.


This is the nba folks, any team can win on a given night, that is why we play 7 games series in hte playoffs, and I like our chances against anyone in the east.

i understand the odds may be against us......but it's the exact reason why i think we will win. We have won alot of games we thought we won't and lost many we thought we'd win.
