PG: Grant Looks Like Bull in PnR

Post#1 » by AmazingJason » Mon Apr 11, 2016 2:00 am

Didn't watch the game for obvious reasons, but caught the end after GSW started running away.

Grant looks unstoppable going to the basket. He's so quick with the ball. Looks much more assured than earlier in the season.

Grant would have to have the worst game in his life against the pacers to not get rookie of the month at this point. it's almost a done deal.

Grant really has been better of late. Not quite starter worthy imo, but getting there.

Afflalo...I have no positive words for. If he wasn't from the same area as my wife, I'd use some choice ones.

Opt out fool, announce that now.

Grant's our starting PG next year. Not Jose. Not Wroten. Grant gets to the rack and runs that pick n roll so well. Oh and get Rambis out of here.

I'd give Derozan his money.

Enjoy the treadmill, New Atlanta Hawks!

Hopefully the pick can replace Derozan when he leaves that treadmill you call a team.

Don't forget this was what Phil got for TH Jr. He got Grant. Now we think he was worth it. Yeah, I don't know WTF was going on with him for the first ⅞ of the season. I think Fish didn't develop him and it took a while after Fish got fired. Grant is going to make us all think about next year.

I really wanted to see Grant get 20 points. It's like KP and 30 pts... So close, but it hasn't happened yet. I only caught the final minutes of the game, because I was at work, but I did see some things I liked.

Grant looks a lot more comfortable and seems to be able to get to the paint fairly easily. I saw that Early didn't have a great game offensively, but I do like his defensive versatility and effort out there. That near steal and save was awesome.

KOQ with a bunch of dumb plays down the stretch. He shows glimpses that look really nice, but he makes some of the dumbest plays I've seen

And to think, Rambis needed Melo to state the obvious for him to play the better PG on this roster. This moron better not be our coach next year.

SERIOUS QUESTION: B/T KOQ and Rambis, who has MORE basketball IQ?

the defense is very suspect with kyle anchoring it. just not quick enough to help and recover. would rather see someone else be the backup 5. let me add..someone not french and fat.

I agree. I'm sure that BS from Rambis was to piss him off so much AA would never opt in. Had to be. It was well played. I think AA was a total bust. The truth? For a while, Sasha has played much better than AA.
