He's been great. Hopefully he closes out with a big game.

Huge offseason for them. A lot of work needs to be done. They need a solid defensive big, more shooting and better players coming off the bench overall. It's possible, but it's not a certainty

I really don't want them to pull a Pelicans and blow their load to early. Our core is a few years before truly competing so I don't want us to mortgage our future, draft picks included, to get middling talent and solid role players so that we can 'compete' for the 8th seed.

I think any great team needs some balance. Your core is Towns, Wiggins and Lavine with Rubio under contract. A decision needs to be made on Shabazz and Dieng pretty soon on whether they are part of this core. Shabazz might be looking for an opportunity elsewhere. His minutes under Mitchell are all over the place

Bender is my number one target in the draft, but what the Wolves need more than anything is some muscle inside. Outside of Pekovic, Towns is the heaviest player who was on the team to start the season (244). We get completely bullied on defense against the likes of Dwight Howard (265), DeMarcus Cousins (270), Jahlil Okafor (275), Marc Gasol (255), etc.

Hezonja just had maybe his best game so far. Scored 2 important 3 point shots at the end just as the Bucks got back to -4 and scored both of his ft in the last minute.
19 points ( 7/11 fg, 3/6 3p%), 3 rebounds, 7 assists and 6 steals.

Yea, I Ingram and Bender are my top two choices for the wolves. I would be fine with either.

As for strength, I think that is a problem that will correct itself as Towns gets older and spends more time in the weight room. He definitely has the body for it.

Two straight games without a double-double: Has Karl-Anthony Towns hit the rookie wall?

At the end they edited the stats and it turned out to be 5 steals, not 6. Still a career high, same with assists and minutes.

just in time to end the season. Which is perfect for you guys because now that he doesn't get double doubles anymore you can trade him before the rest of the league figures it out. He has no more value to your team, time to let him go while his sell value is still high.

I'm a big fan of Hezonja. Have been waiting for him to get some PT, and a bigger piece of the pie in Orlando. One game's not much, but its a start.

This is an exceptional game for him. He got some pt lately and is playing just fine. Nothing too impressive, but still fine. Just as he should have from the beginning.

I think the Wolves can make a pretty big jump this off-season with only a couple of moves, while still maintaining their long term plans. The team needs to keep their draft pick and use it on a player that fills a need, ideally a PF (Simmons or Bender) or a player who can shoot (Ingram or Murray). The other major addition needs to come through free agency. The Wolves need to be willing to overpay to get a free agent like Batum or Barnes that can provide wing defense and shooting. Adding two more rotation players to their core could make a big difference to the bench, and if done wisely could mitigate some of the team's weaknesses (shooting and defense).

Not good enough? That sounds like a lack of confidence. I would be wary if I were a Wolves fan. That team might need some swag to boost their confidence. Nick Young for KAT if you throw in an unprotected 1st rounder.

Norman Powell numbers have been around there since about mid March, but the raptors are winning so he may have the edge.
