not a Raps fan but i thought the Raps won the division a few times in the Bosh era

We did, once, in 06-07 with Bosh, in that first year of the rebuild, that basically gave us false hope for the next 4 years.

Great decision. And our awful logo has really grown on me, looks way better than the previous one IMO.

I still think our new logo and jerseys look ugly but I'm starting to wonder if they're bringing good luck

I think it would be better to have them on the side than actually hang a banner IMO. Or maybe even do something like this:

It's all about perspective. Even when the Leafs rebound, the focus won't be on the division/Conference...it will be about Cups because even though they are remote, that is the benchmark that has been set by the franchise in the past.

For the Raptors the benchmark right now is regular season success because they have never won a 7-game playoff series. If they start getting Eastern Conference Champions/NBA Championship banners you can start pulling down the division titles.
