Like, I think bougie and AD are gonna be the 2nd and 3rd team center selections, but if its between Drummond and whiteside, shouldn't whiteside get the nod? If you compare per 36 min stats, HW is 17 ppg,15 rpg,4.6 blks with a 25 per and Drummond is at 16 ppg, 15 rpg, 2.5 blks with a 21.5 per. Whitesides team is better, and I think at this point whiteside is the better player. Am I high?

To have stability at the PG and C position is a huge recruiting plus. Any franchise player, be it either KD or LeBron, can play the 2,3 or 4 depending on the situation but PG and C are the positions that a free agent usually offers input on before agreeing on a contract. I feel very confident that having these 2 under long term contracts and their relative youth is something that many teams don't have and therefor plays in our favor.
What a strange idea. Why Goran and not Bosh or Wade ?
Surely Whiteside,Winslow, JRich and TJ are a great foundation.
Not really sure that Goran will be around here even as long as Wade is.
HOT TAKEEEEE: imo, Goran is more important to this team's success than dwade. His style fits this core more, and when hes allowed to be himself, most of the other key players also improve their play. IF the youg guys can carry more of the offensive load next year, I woudlnt mind seeing D-Wade come off the bench. This is coming from someone who adores D-Wade, but he really would be better suited as a 26 min a night playmaker going forward. too many cooks in the kitchen. and yeah, if boshs health holds up, hes definitly incuded in this. his game keeps evolving, and i think itll age well.

He has to contain him, can't let him get super comfortable.

I'd take him over anyone.
Feature him in the playoffs and teach him how to play against bully boy bigs.

Hm. Something to think about...

A big test for Hassan. Consistency is key. The Playoffs are a different beast. The PO's is where we find out what players and teams are really made of. Let's see how Hassan handles this opportunity.
Young Wade proved he was a killer and a player that made everybody play well wich all equated to a better team. Wade was also HUNGRY, HUNGRY to prove doubters wrong. Hassan needs these same qualities and same motivation but at the same time be able to make his team and team mates better.

1. There's a really possibility Bosh never comes back. In thatcase his salary goes off the books in 2017-2018 season.
2. Hassan is 6 years younger.
3. different skillsets. they didn't play well together before but we've made some changes and they might do much better going forward.

I agree with you with the necessity to have a hungry star in his prime like young Wade was. But as a ball dominant guard, its easy to feed your hunger for fame, glory, and wins when your game isn't so dependent on other starving players to feed you like Whiteside has to deal with. They mostly only pass to him if he's in position to give them an immediate assist. Stoudamire gets more touches in the 1st 5 min of a game than hassan receives in 2 quarters of playing time.
Hassan's 2 year run as a top10 nba efficiency player should've earned him the right to at least receive Gerald Green and Henry Walker level touches by now. I'm hoping that everything changes once we invest big money with the young man. Cause I'm not looking forward to a another .500 level led Bosh team next yr. Don't mean to disrespect the golden cow, but the last two yrs with his lead we were just your typical average .500 team like his Toronto teams, and then instantly better the nanosecond he left.
