The fact that it took a GM change for guys to start getting punished for being tardy is ridiculous.

I pray that Larkin, Robinson, and Ellington exercise their options and opt out. If I was forced to keep one of them, it would probably be Thomas Robinson. They're all crap but at least Thomas Robinson can maybe be a backup big if he learns to play with some control. Ellington is a shooting specialist who can't shoot, and there isn't a single aspect of PG skills that Larkin is good at. I guess I'll give him hustle and that's about it.

Sometimes you have to double check if we're talking about a professional team with grown men being paid millions of dollars to play a game.

Thaddeus Young on example of new culture from Sean Marks: players can get fined/suspended for being late to practice.

I thought this was basic at all levels. To actually see a player mention this as a sign of "culture change"... says a lot about what was going on before. And reflects badly on everyone.

Unless Walsh requested out, it would be foolish to get rid of him.

Yeah Walsh should be retained, the dude is awesome and has literally saved the lives of two people in the last 2 years.

Everyone else, douse them with gasoline and set them ablaze.

Yeah this is bad. I can understand if a guy showed up late once when they moved to the new facility because he didn't expect traffic to hit that hard. Its understandable and you'd expect a guy to make sure he gives himself a good hour or two cushion before he has to make practice. But repeated lateness??

that not only falls back onto the GM, but the coaching staff as well. These guys are being paid millions, I'd be suspending guys left and right for that ****.

No player will come to the Nets mainly because of Tim Walsh.

With that said, I would like to know why he was let go. If this was just because the new guy needs to bring in his own people to assert his authority, I won't like it on a personal level.
