If we lose game 2, I think we gotta put him in there for game 3. Our season is on the line at that point.

I fully believe he would have been ready to go for the 2nd round. But we gotta get past Miami first.

if we lose game 2 we lose the series, im not risking him re-tearing his shoulder again because we bring him back early.

So your stat would seem to disagree with your statement.

He said "no comment" the last time someone asked him.

Justin Verrier ‏@JustinVerrier Apr 17
Asked Michael Kidd-Gilchrist if there's any chance he'd come back this series: "[Laughs]. Uh .. no comment." MKG had labrum surgery in Feb.

I mean that's not a no.

I think he can play conservative and not dive for balls and still be a huge asset to our team and defense.

It all depends on how he tore the labrum the 2nd time.

It's just a shoulder problem, where an armor and play one armed!

He'd be playing right now if he hadn't come back two months early to begin with.

The guy is 2 months removed from shoulder surgery. Yall are crazy for even thinking about him returning again this season, come on

It doesn't look like his shoulder is bothering him.

I'm not willing to even entertain the idea of him returning this season. May 16th would be exactly 3 months since surgery, so we would need to advance to the ECF just to get him close to the point he was at when he returned the first time, which surely everyone remembers was way too early.

Great to see him return to practice. He's sorely lacking and I would've liked to see him play vs. Miami in this series. Who knows, maybe if we'll advance to the ECF (amen) we'll see him get some minutes.

If we face LeBron he'll be needed, even if one armed. Just put on something like this and play:
