It was funny reading the Blazers game board for game 1. As much as Lillard was whining, all they could say was how much of a "villain team" we are. At least the Kings fans know that Cousins is a cancer, Lillard pretty much took them out of the game by trying to go one on one against us. I think Jamal was shaking his head at some of the shots Damian was forcing up!

I feel like we should go 4-0. the Blazers are an overachieving young bunch, but they are what they are. they are not sustainable especially in a seven game series againt better talent.
ehhhhh f it.

even if they catch fire i don't think they are capable of taking a game. not when blake is getting better every single game he plays.

We have to be really careful, Portland will surely mount a superior effort. Going up 2-0 is crucial, I don't care how we get the win.

The last time the Clippers went up 2-0 in the 1st round, they lost four games later to the Memphis Grizzlies. Happened in the 2013 NBA Playoffs, where we saw Chris Paul get himself ejected from a game.

Going 2-0 won't cut it. Clippers must get 3-0. It triggers the automatic win/sweep, as no team in NBA history has ever recovered from a 0-3 deficit.

If my math is correct, you have to go up 2-0 before going up 3-0. Let's take it one game at a time.

I'm fairly certain we will split the games in Portland, just don't see us sweeping them. Would love to be proven wrong.

One game at a time.

Let's get this one.

I do remember Doc saying that Aldrich's fitness level was part of why he didn't get minutes early. Aldrich has certainly looked quite spry this season, and combined that with his supple hands....

I'm interested to see what Portland does to adjust. Lillard certainly should be giving the ball up earlier against the trap, that is one thing

hopefully Doc is able to counter some of these adjustments. The Clippers will have to be careful about Lillard running off screens. He could get very hot if he isn't guarded properly.

If I happen to fall asleep early I'll set an alarm so I can at least watch the 2nd half. Hopefully I'll stay up to watch the whole game.

NBA.com posted the wrong info on who was officiating in the previous game. Bill Kennedy is actually on duty tonight.

Wes Johnson still needs to set his feet before hoisting up 3-point attempts. Kaman takes multiple steps but no call by the zebras.

Get any conversation with him?
