After putting up 41 in the first quarter in Game 1? Thing is though, we've been a top 8 offensive and defensive squad since the ASB. I think we can do some of the same things, just not bank on it anywhere near as much. CHA is gonna make more 3s at home on top of the gift-wrapped FTs they're already getting. Just hope the refs allow us to defend.

Yeah we've enjoyed some uncharacteristic warriors-like three ball shooting lol. Our percentage thus far is flukey, BUT the looks were getting aren't imo. These shots are going to remain available for us throughout the series cause wade, goran, and hw too much to worry about in the paint.

On the flipside, the hornets are shooting like crap from three as you alluded too, and I think It has a lot to do with the fact that some of our guys can thrive in their one on one assignments, so it minimizes the risk of the hornets getting good looks as a result of a bad help rotation.

We just gotta keep making these good shots and hope charlotte doesn’t start hitting these tough ones.

Because role players step the hell up when someone goes down. And they'll be at home. Ugh thus is going to be such a LONG series.

In a preseason ESPN poll, Amin was the only analyst who didn't choose the cavs to win the east. He picked Miami instead.

Before the season Amin picked us to win the East. Everyone else picked Cleveland. So Amin has been behind us all season even when Bosh went down.

Amin's been on the Heat bandwagon ever since we got Dragic. Dude is a HUGE Dragic homer, but I don't mind as he basically makes himself look like a Heat homer these days, and hangs on the LeBatard show and I believe with Izzy and Ethan? Not sure, but either way he has surrounded himself with Miami media guys, he's basically one of us now

I didn't like him and some others didn't either when he was calling Hassan a jackass and all that when we got him, but eh thats history now I guess.

I like how fans of other teams and many media people too were setting their expectations on the Heat's season long averages. When the 2nd half Heat is like the polar opposite on offense compared to the first half Heat.

You didn't call that Dragic defending Walker did you?

Dragic has played well but his defense has been poor overall. He's leaving Whiteside between a rock and a hardplace trying to cover both Walker and the bigs.

That's the game plan. We want to give up the midrange J instead of the 3. No defense is perfect, Goran could easily go under the screen and cut off every Kemba drive but then he'd just bomb away from 3. Hassan could step up and we could blitz Kemba on every PnR as we used to do during our big 3 years but then Deng or JJ would be forced to cheat off their man to help on the roll man thus leaving their oppenents open for 3.

Goran isn't Kawhi Lenoard but he has been far from bad on defense.
