She was the lady voice/keyboardist and apparently a strong voice in the recording studio for Saturdays=Youth and Hurry Up, We're Dreaming; she co-wrote 7 or 8 songs across the two albums, including Kim & Jessie and Midnight City (the big keyboard riff was hers). I don't think she worked on Junk.
She did not work on Junk. I think she was helpful on the past 2 (she didn't really contribute to his movie soundtrack-ish albums which were **** excellent, though).
I think the problem is that Anthony wanted to try something different and go for a full corny 80s TV show theme song/disco funk album. Swing and a miss imo. Get back to the emotional rollercoasters of albums. Even Saturdays = Youth was better than this album. The closing 4-5 tracks of the album which include the Beck song and some of Anthony's trademark instrumental tracks are OK...otherwise the album is pretty crappy.
And, yeah...Frightened Rabbit album es bueno.
