game 3, Lin's usage rate is 30.2, highest in the team, and his pace is 100...right in his element, he produced big, had a net rating of 30.2... zeller has a net rating of 33, pace is 106.63... spencer: pace 108, net rating +18
i like these three as a unit, u can maximize Lin's role, and they played terrific defense together...

Was at the game....LOUD at times. Lin had a moment or 2 where he was indecisive but for the most part was great. Wasn't getting calls (along with the other Hornets for most of the game). His three off the feed from Kemba was money!

i dont wish the rockets well either with the way jeremy's exit was handled and how he was lambasted for every little thing by their fan base. call it petty or what you will, it is what it is.

you guys only put eyes on a clique of fans on internet... but ignore there are tons of Rockets fans who appreciate lin's contribution to the team and the Houston community... individually, lin's best years are still the two years in Rockets

best years statistically? maybe because he was playing a lot more minutes to play out his contract. he's having his best year professionally here at charlotte.

i dont really need to be fair in terms of how i feel re: the rockets.

not only statistically, but also in terms how much he contributed to the team...
the perception of him having a successful season is because the expectation is low for him this season... the expectations for him in Houston were so high...He was very solid in Houston, but everybody expected the greatness... He was a starter in Houston, now he is a sixth man in charlotte, he was called a star at times in Rockets, now he is called a sub... simple as that
i just think a lot of narratives were created by lin's "fanatic fans" themselves and the clique of rockets fans, and the media just played along... the thing was lost is the fair/objective judgment of Lin as a player...

he had good scoring games in houston but his decision making and defense is much better here in charlotte. i dont really put a label in terms of star or role player, i just look at how he plays and how he has evolved. i feel much more confident that he can be a fixture in the NBA this year as opposed to his lakers or rockets tenure.

Actually did a good job of starting for the rockets, they got into the playoffs. But got injuried first game. After that season, harden demanded a pg who was a 3D type player. Pat was the man. Was good for harden's quest for MVP , padding his stats. But How is that working for them?

I still remember the GM4 vs Portland 2 years ago.
Bad coaching, not calling timeout by McFail but those rockets fans blamed Lin for that.

The Heats won't go easy on the Hornets.

I dislike some fans think it is enough for Lin's free agency.
He is playing to win.

Return to Charlotte Hornets
