Jon Jones vs Alexander Gustafsson is the best fight I've ever seen.

Hey Quiz, How's your training/dieting going?, I highly recommend this book.
http://www.amazon.com/The-New-Encyclopedia-Modern-Bodybuilding/dp/0684857219

The king of all exercises/nutrition book imo and has literally everything you need to know. Yeah you can observe online and find answers etc but I guess reading a book online isn't as appealing to me as reading it off of your hands.

+ The book is like 20 bucks lol. 800+ pages.

It's been going good bruh, still a grind but progress nonetheless. I'm done another 17lbs since we last talked about it making it nearly 70 lost in all. I'm not really fat anymore but I'm still trying to get my body % down. Ideally I'd like to lose another 30lbs which I think I'll be able to do in the next 5 months or so.

I'll check out the book. :)

Nice man! Keep up on the same path and you'll be down 30lbs easy. Everything just boils down to consistency which you seem to have it locked down =]

Wasn't his best fight, respect to the other guy but I'm glad Bones is back. Only reason I haven't stopped watching the UFC.

This fight was one of the easiest fights for bones, yes went decision. Jones played it smart by going decision imo, year+ off fighting + taking 3 week notice fight to fight some random dude lol.

Good start of the season for GoT. The first couple of episodes usually create lots of questions before they hammer you down with crazy action to end the season... Best show on T.V.

Yep, have tried it before if I was to cut. Didn't try it in a while. You can do it on a bulk too but that's too much Cals in 1 sitting for me lol. But its pretty effective.

I finished one of my papers.

I've got a presentation today in what is my last day of his stupid class. I'm gonna try and bang it out as the first volunteer and hopefully dip out before missing too much of the game.

Lol yeah I've been doing it for a quite a while now, about a month and half. I started cutting cals incrementally since the start of the new year to begin sculpting, but didn't intermittent fast 'til around late February, early March. I've lost around 16 lbs since the start of 2016 and kept all my strength. It's worth noting that you don't have to get all your cals in one sitting. I have 6-8 hour eating windows, sometimes 4 hour windows. What's great about it is that I don't have to really restrict myself when it comes to what I eat. I'll I've done and will ever do is stopped fast food completely, and keep my rice/potatoes portions low. I hardly have either anymore lately, but I'm a Jamerican (Jamaica/America). Sometimes it can't be helped lol.

Nice man! Yeah the window would be around 6-8 or even lower, depends on the person. I just need to get in a lot of cals regardless so I'd prefer myself to do it on a cut rather than on a bulk. It's really good cleanse as well, cleans your system well, a lot of health benefits that come with it. The restriction part is true too, You can really eat whatever you want, It's all about counting calories and knowing what you're getting in your body (IIFYM) I know people who get shredded off McDonalds all day everyday diets, portion control/counting cals is what it boils down to. Then again, genetics is huge too. But don't be afraid to leave your yummy foods too man, enjoy that chit. I use myfitnesspal app to track basically everything.

Skinny cow icecream, eggs, bread before going to bed works for me. Maybe some cottage cheese too.
