Lin and Big AI's chemistry is not as good as Zeller/Hawes.

Pretty sure it's even more pronounced after four games.

Jeremy Lin is a great player and a golden teammate. Marvin Williams is a better player than we've seen so far.

With Williams, Hansborough, Lin, Batum, Daniels, and Jefferson all free agents this summer, Charlotte front office will be very busy. Any feeling for whether Lin stays in Charlotte? He seems to love it there.

Problem is that there might not be enough money and pt to go around. If Kemba (star), Lee (Cliff's fav), Batum (Kemba's point forward), MKG (best player?) are all back, there'd be not enough pt to go around. If Batum gets max, Marvin and Lee get paid, and maybe even Whiteside, there won't be enough money. It's Lin's prime contract afterall, gotta be careful. Another 1+1 might be possible. Otherwise, most likely gonna get a starting job somewhere.

Looks like Lin fans are putting up youtube videos of Marv now. I guess after Lin writing on reddit that Marv ties with Jared Jeffries as the best teammate he's ever had, they've adopted Marv the way they've done with some past JLin teammates. This clip ends with JLin pulling Marv aside to offer words of advice and encouragement on the court.

I wonder if Marv is the Hornets player that JLin takes with him on his Asia tour this summer.

Hopefully, Marv can play better in the remainder of the series. He's performed well in the regular season, and he'll need to do it in the playoffs as well if the Hornets are to be competitive against the Heat.

game 3, Lin's usage rate is 30.2, highest in the team, and his pace is 100...right in his element, he produced big, had a net rating of 30.2... zeller has a net rating of 33, pace is 106.63... spencer: pace 108, net rating +18
i like these three as a unit, u can maximize Lin's role, and they played terrific defense together...

It's nice, Hawes stretches the floor and can make good passes. Cody does well PnR. Wish they had more time together in the regular season. Not too late tho!

I must say, and I'm not trying to offend anyone here but I'm taking great pleasure in seeing the rockets go down the way they are......this is a dysfunctional team.....Harden will never win....ever,...no one likes tho guy

Harden is selfish, but ultimately it's on McFail and Morey to spoil him and let him do whatever.

lin needs to up his conditioning or something during the offseason if he wants to be a starter. he's not built to play his style of game for more than 30 minutes per game.

he was very out of his element in the 4th quarter. a couple of head-scratching turnovers and defensive miscues which i attribute to fatigue.

The thing is, the starters who play 30+ minutes play around 10, rest for several minutes, play for several minutes to end halves, whereas Lin plays straight thru. He usually gets on the court with 3 to 4 minutes left in the 1st/3rd quarter but now with 6 left. I think he'll be fine if he starts.

There's no question. Lin is a fierce competitor.

With respect to free agency, I think the only reason he would be tempted to leave the Hornets is the same issue that faced the Heat with Whiteside when Bosh was starting. Quite clearly, Jeremy Lin should be starting somewhere at point guard, or at least getting a respectable number of minutes. His impact on the court cannot be overstated, but he needs to be given enough minutes to put his mark on the game. Charlotte already has an exceptional point guard, an all-star in Kemba Walker.

It's a real problem.

No kidding, it would have been nice if Lin starts and Kemba comes off the bench. With the way Kemba's playing it's extremely unlikely that happens. It makes sense strategically and it still might happen for this team to be a contender. Add a elite big or if Frank grow into one.

I still remember the GM4 vs Portland 2 years ago.
Bad coaching, not calling timeout by McFail but those rockets fans blamed Lin for that.

Some hideous beings in CFascists. Terrible modding. Terrible coaching as well. Lin's smart, he knows that he needs a good coach to up his game.

So, Hornets have won all 3 games she attended. Someone should fly her and her good luck charm tattoo down to Miami for game 5 to secure the win. If the Hornets lose game 5, we can blame MJ for being too cheap to spring for a plane ticket.

Lin usually goes to full attack mode when he is in 4thQtr.

If he facilitates teammates more, he can save more energy.

Except Lin and Walker, almost all teammates scored single digit.
They should move the ball better.
