Will try that one. I was off creatine for about a year too. Couldn't really feel/tell any tangible results but maybe some work :dontknow:

Any recommendation for protein? I was mostly using Whey Gold standard lol but got some bad-tasting batches or something I have been trying different brands. Now using APS Nutrition IsoMorph graham cracker flavor, it's pretty tasty. Not sure how good it is.. I try to take protein from meat (mostly chicken and fish) though.

Should always try a creatine with monohydrate inside iggs, creacore by muscletech seems like it doesn't have it. Mono although didn't work for me as well, I did still see some strength gains but bloated the ish out of me. One am using was like 40 bucks, although I was curious to trying a blend version lol But I like it, but if you don't want that, just get Optimum Nutrition Creatine Mono http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/crea.html for like 20 bucks, would work. I do recommend what I'm using though.

Phucking guy lol I'm not really that picky about taste, It's whatever to me, long as its drinkable I dont really think about it lol I'm using Gold Standard too, its technically the best one out there. Although protein is protein at the end of the day, just various on quantity. But yeah you're right, from solid foods is the whey to go 8-)

Thanks goodboy. I just checked out Beast Sports Nutrition, Creature Creatine Complex, Citrus, 10.5 Ounce and it's $20 on Amazon here :) ($50 original price). Actually my record indicates that I bought this product 2 years ago. lmaooo

I think I'll give it a go again.

This guy. Have a crack @ it again, If its only 20 bucks.

Protein source; assuming no dairy? I'd go with Ready made chicken breasts strips, depends on the oz/size etc but can get a bulk off of Costco for pretty cheap. I hate cooking so I just buy pre-made chit lol. I also love those 50 cent tuna cans, about 24 grams of protein in each can well close to that, 16? Not sure but its chump change, buy a bulk of that too. Assuming you like tuna and not scared of mercury poisoning jk. But Chicken breast strips off Costco and Tuna cans Bulk are SOLID protein choices. I'd go snacking on nuts to but too high in cals. Cottage cheese @ night is good.

Yeah frozen chicken and tuna cans are my go-to protein sources goodboy. I buy a bag of frozen chicken tenderloin and cook it on toaster oven lol. No cooking required just seasonings of my choice or I just cut it up and mix it in salad.

I hate cottage cheese I can't do it goodboy :noway: sometimes I have yogurt and mix it with protein powder for late night snack. but chit is expensive.

I've been kind of lazy about workout/nutrition. But reading you and QUIZ/KD's convos made me wanna get back on being in shape again so I'm going to try it. I play sports so I'm in a decent shape, but I stopped working out diligently so got kind of soft lol
It's tough man, you have to be pretty disciplined and find time to be consistent. Good job goodboy.

Yeah seasoning is fun, the goya or whatever is a nice brand to season em up.

How can you NOT eat cottage cheese? Lmao isn't that yogurt itself? Just do it guy. Do it.

Yeah well it really depends on personal goals. Look @ Quiz, dude's about to lose over 100lbs by the end of summer time, that's amazing. Can't just be doing it blindly imo. Unless you want to maintain, but why would you? Unless you're like 50 or something. But given your age, try to reach your absolute peak potential. If you have the knowledge and so far I see you do, why not go all the way brah. Also make time, my workouts arent more than an hour tops. That's really nothing, I keep my rest periods short and keep it moving.

I'm not big on cheese goodboy lol though I can eat most except blue cheese and cottage cheese. cottage cheese is tolerable though just not very tasty.

tenks for the good advice goodboy :) yeah, i think i need to be more efficient with my workout. i tend to dick around and spend over an hour and going to the gym becomes a drag. of course it would help if i had a gym at home like you do too. :P

I use a different blend, BPI Sports Best Creatine. Got it on a Bogo and it works great for me. Snow cone is an amazing flavor.

Start doing research on these products and try samples before you make purchases. Getting something just because it's cheap is a recipe for failure. Bb.com is your best friend for reviews and recommendations. I can recommend a few great tasting and effective proteins but your budget and goals are something I'd need to know about first. If you're trying to stay low budget, a regular protein blend will work (like syntha-6). If you want something more effective and "pure" so to speak, then you'll want whey isolates (like pro-jym). There is a difference between the two. A lot of regular protein blends lack egg protein and has fillers like BCAAs to fill containers, that's where isolates come in. They're usually smaller containers and more expensive. It's a great idea to eat natural protein enriched foods (red meats, FRESH tuna, cod, etc, and poultry). Certain proteins are burned differently in our bodies too. Casein is the preferred protein to take overnight for its slow burning properties. Anyway, protein powders should supplement your intake, not replace your intake. (1-1.5G of protein per lb of bodyweight).

You should use creatine blends like HWR suggested. Works for me. I freak people out with my sudden strength.

Stop being lazy. Buy fresh meat, clean it and season it and then freeze what you're not using. Cottage cheese is a great source of creatine. Being lazy in workouts is bad, but workable. Being lazy in nutrition is not. Tighten that up first and foremost. That precooked bull **** is packed with tons of garbage and salt. You think you're saving money, but you actually spend more from buying that frozen stuff.

Canned tuna is straight up ingesting poison.

It's tough man, you have to be pretty disciplined and find time to be consistent. Good job goodboy.

His joke take (this guy...) about strahan's partner on that morning show ended up on some national nightly news (she makes thirty-six thousand dollars an HOUR! My god that was such a hilarious delivery). I heard that **** live and I cried! They took what he said seriously! That should be the open invitation right there. He can absolutely bs his way through first take. Better than Skip, imo.

It was on Inside Edition!

Let me see if I can find it....found it!

http://www.insideedition.com/headlines/15957-kelly-ripa-no-show-at-live-after-she-was-blindsided-by-michael-strahans-departure
ESPN radio host Jon Weiner mocked her(Kelly Ripa) on his show on Wednesday, saying: “She is so upset that she was not made aware of the news and the fact that Strahan is leaving after four years that she didn’t show up to work today. She makes $36,000 an hour!”
You have to hear the emphasis on "hour". Fkn gold! He said it last Wednesday on the lebatard show after his "rant" about JJ Watt and I think it was noticed by the lebatard show that friday. Fkn hilarious.

Hey everyone! I know most of you (all of you) are still trying to recover from the loss last night (and probably the fact that Sioux Falls won the NBA D-League championship doesn't compensate for a 5th game playoff loss to the Hornets), but if you can spare some cheer tonight, could you send some waves of winner bliss to South America, more specifically Morumbi Stadium in São Paulo. It's the first leg of our Libertadores matchup with Toluca (Mexico) and we're playing without our best striker or starting goalkeeper. It's similar to our situation last night (we need to win at home to put pressure on Toluca), but unlike the Heat (who have been in this situation before - Boston & San Antonio come to mind), São Paulo is unlikely to get anything out of the game in Toluca, because, well, we're not very good. So your energy is needed. Thanks!
