Go on record for the first round. (POLL)

Post#1 » by wichmae » Thu Apr 28, 2016 6:51 pm

Please vote and leave comment with what you think we will do.

I think we trade with the Saints and they move up and get 27 and grab Paxton Lynch before the Broncos can take him. While we slide back and grab #47 and #78. With the amount of depth on the line and value picks in the 2nd and 3rd round at ILB and TE its a luxury TT can afford.

I wouldn't mind TT trading back, but I don't think he will. He's gonna take one of the DL. Clark or Butler would be my ideals.

It's a deep class. I think the Packers trade back.

I think it'll be NT (one of Billings/Robinson/Clark), with trading back being a close second. People will be calling for our pick if Lynch is still on the board.

Something tells me this is another year where TT shocks/confuses/pisses off the masses. I'm guessing he drafts a WR or trades out of the 1st.

I like the thought of trading down, but moving down 20 spots we better get more than a 3rd round pick. I would do that trade if we can also get the Saints future 1st.

How about:
27 for 47, 112, 2017 1st round pick

I think we should be talking to the Titans about trading 1st and 4th for two of their 2nds.

Haven't been too involved with the draft this year, but I think we're trading down.

I'll take the opposite stance for the hell of it and say he surprises everyone and picks players everyone loves.

Deep draft could mean trading down. We need DL and LB of course. And we have a bunch of OL free agents after this year.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I'd go DL, LB, and OL with a splash of WR or RB possibly. UDFA is going to be fun as usual.

I went with NT, just seems too likely at this point.

I think we'll make a pick. Everyone talks about trading out of the first round every year and it never really happens. How many times has TT even done it? Once?

I went with ILB, but I'm totally fine with trading down, going DL or WR.

I picked NT. But we most likely trade down.

Trade down.

If not I'd say it'll be a DT.

I think he may shock us with a WR pick. That would be my only guess. Or maybe a lineman.

Trading down is nice, but you need a partner and I'm not sure anyone early in the second would want a player (Lynch?) bad enough to move up and make it worth GB's while....if it is the case I could see a trade down.

If they stay, I like Billings, but have a feeling Butler has a ceiling they usually like and will take him, Spence would be a huge roll of the dice....I think they'd pass onRagland.

I'll go conventional wisdom: Nose Tackle. IF the NT(s) they want are gone, go ILB

Reggie Ragland or probably a trade coming tonight.
