Now that the playoffs and the Grizzlies elimination is behind us. Now we get to turn our focus on who the Grizzlies need to draft based on needs. Given the season the Grizzlies had based on strengths and weaknesses. We have a lot of needs to be fulfill. Understand that all our needs will not come in the form of these two draft picks.
I will post the following needs the Grizzlies need to address for the upcoming 2016 NBA Draft.
go-to scorer
three point shooting
revitalized youth movement
athleticism
up-tempo profile
I won't say who I think the Grizzlies should draft until later in May as more research is needed. Also if anyone wishes to add their input, feel free to do so.

The question will be, can the Grizz find a rotation level talent in the draft? If you continue to draft players based upon Analytics (Jordan Adams) or based upon your fondness for LSU players (Jarrell Martin) and NOT the coaches choice then the front office should not frown when the coach does not play your choice. Granted injuries has played a big role in their availability as well, but we have to stop giving major minutes to older veterans over the young guys. They can't grow if they don't play. We have to add a minimum of two new starters and actually three if you want to keep up with the rest of the league.
If there will not be any new front office changes, then I agree I would let Coach Joerger go?
The current situation is too dysfunctional, and a lack of trust exist between the parties.
Two wing starters have to be brought in and Zach Randolph should transition to a bench role, so in effect 3 new starters.
Trade Brandon Wright if you can, and PLEASE STOP investing in injury plagued players even if they come at a discount.
(It wouldn't hurt to hire a new medical training and team doctor staff, as there are too many misdiagnosis) Furthermore
your two highest paid players have major injury concerns with 100 million dollar invested, really can't afford to get anything
wrong)

Furkan, Malik, Tyler, Caris (passes the medical test), and Isaia (stash for 1 year) are good options with the 17th pick. Not sure how the Grizzlies assess talent with the Grizzlies having a hard time finding a shooting guard.
