Hawes been playing awesome last few games. His P&R with Lin is working despite his limited athleticism. He is passing well and when he hits shots, it is huge for the team.

Some would say we are stuck with this contract. I disagree. We will probably keep him but it's nice to know we can get out of it.

Let's be real - you can't get stuck with a contract that is 5% of the cap. That would've been like a $3M contract this season.

Hawes has a minor MCL strain, re-evaluated in a week. Bummer.

He was quite solid yesterday, but about 80% of the time, I find myself wishing he didn't play. Hopefully we don't force Cody/Al into more minutes they can handle and attempt to play Marvin as a small ball 5 when Whiteside is in.

I came to pay some respeck to the GOAT. Hawes has made a fan of me during this playoff series. I hope this team stays together and he sticks around next year.
