Trade Inquiry

Post#1 » by Agnostifarian » Thu May 5, 2016 4:23 pm

Would you trade Paul George to PHI for Noel, #1, #24 and Carl Landry?

Throw in Oke and I'd do it.

If it's not for Durant or Curry, no reason to move PG.

Then I'd promptly trade Nerlens for a Teague, Rubio level 1.

Ultimately a return of Oke, Teague & Simmons would be silly.

I'd also consider packaging the #20, 24 to move up for Sabonis.

One star can't contend. You guys have room to sign Durant. What FAs do you hope for and what is reasonable?

No. In a Paul George trade, Carl Landry is worthless. Utterly. The 24 just isn't much of anything. Noel is nice. #1 is nice. But, combined, they aren't really at all what Paul George is now. Even thinking optimistically on Simmons or Ingram, and optimistically on Noel (or even Okafor) are they likely to be all-stars? Even so, are they likely to combine to produce as an MVP caliber player like Paul George did this year at roughly 75%?
