Whiteside refuses to box out. Actually bosh was pretty bad at it as well could be a system thing. Only one that boxes out in this team consistently is Haslam

He has the mentality that he's the tallest on the court and no one else can get it so he doesn't box out

Refs had nothing to do with the outcome of this game, we shot ourselves in the foot.

That call on Dragic where he got the stitches was incompetent and there have been a myriad of blown calls this postseason. It's obvious.

if the cavs manage to put away hawks in 4, we need to finish this series in 5. we cannot go on to 6 or 7 games. fatigue will eventually hit us, while the Cavs are resting.

Rest is crucial, this is why am saddened for losing today... i am not worried one bit on losing this series though. raptors truly suck.

Raptors dont suck. we are a pretty good team.

and cleveland will mop the floor with mia or toronto. you could combine toronto and mia and you would be lucky to take 2 games from the cavs.

You vastly overrated them, I tell you that. The key to beating cleveland is wearing lebron james down as series goes on, like golden state did last year.
this is why its vital we finish off this series quickly, we have legit shot if we are rested. but if each game will go to OT, and this goes to 7 game series. we are doomed next round, cause cavs will likely finish hawks in 4. Add on top of it playing 7 game series in round 1.

21 turnovers to their 9 (and Wade was killing us early on here with his lazy passing and dribbling the ball off his foot), 9 offensive rebounds to their 13, that's 16 more possessions for them. I also didn't like our pick and roll coverage on the wing, we allowed them far too much middle penetration, forcing us to rotate and giving their bigs a good shot at an offensive rebound.

Offensively, I don't know why we trusted Johnson so much late in the game. He was feasting on them when they put a smaller guy on him and we could put him in the post, but once they had Johnson/Carroll guarding him, he couldn't do anything. Get shots for Goran and Wade as well. Either way, we can't afford for both Wade and JJ to have average to subpar games. Wade's poor start really cost us and brought us into the hole we hat to dig ourselves out of.

This game could really come back to bite us in the ass, because it was more than there for the taking. I expect the games in Miami to be close as well, so every opportunity is essential.

In the grand scheme of things this loss means little. We're not the team that is going to sweep another team out of the playoffs. We're destined to make every game tough. We've got two at home coming up, and it would be nice to have a 2-0 lead right now, but that would most likely give us false confidence and cause us to lose a game at home, or even two.

refs had alot to do wth the game, We were getting mugged out there. We got a few makeup calls but too late. Straight Iso to try to close was also killing us and we used the same failing lineup for most of the end of the 4th and OT. All we had to do was pressure Lowry and we put Dragic on him? Still we had a shot but Richardson messed up the inbounds defense, he will learn. At some point we need to get back to what turned this season around and trust the whole team not the Vets will lead us bs. Wade was good. Whiteside was ok but did he get any decent feeds in the 4th or OT? we fail hard at that. Dragic was ok but he refused to drive after the stitches so all we are left with when u add all that up are a bunch of passers and iso all the way.

more pissed now than i was after game 5 of the last round. elite teams find a way to win those close tight games, we have to figure it out.

This Valanciunas guy is trying to injure people. I rewatched game 1 and on the looseball foul called against Whiteside in the 1st, he hooked Whiteside's arm and did some MMA chit and tried to injure his arm and then raised his arms like a guilty child saying "I didn't do it." And the refs called Whiteside for the foul.

Now on this play, he goes out of his way to pull a Kendrick Perkins and seizes the opportunity to land on top of Wade's knee:
