Big Al, Zbo, Both Gasol brothers and Milsap are all great matchups Hassan can learn from as far as bigs. Kemba, Tony Parker, Teague, Westbrook are all aggressive guards that Hassan can learn from. He can only get better going up against competition that attacks his weaknesses. As far as Big Al though there is not much anyone can do when he has it going. Even with position he is hitting tough shots. What we need to learn as a team though is to use Whiteside to put other bigs in trouble before they can put him in trouble. Shaq was great at that. Too many times we let the opposing big off the hook on the defensive end with too many jumpshots.

I think Horford is going to be a challenge for Hassan to defend, but at the same time Horford will struggle to contain Hassan too.

We might not even face the Hawks.

Strangely, I almost feel more confident about his offensive matchups then some of the defensive ones. That's crazy to me.

I feel that if we feed him in the right spots, no one can really stop him from scoring efficiently. But those smart vets that can draw him outside with the jumpers and pump fakes, that's what he needs to work on defending.

Big Al is so underrated. I love watching him work in the paint, the mother f*cker is a wizard in the post. Beautiful fakes, sweet jumpers & slick post up moves. Absolutely brilliant down low. He paints master pieces w/ that ball. An artist. Imagine him off the bench to back up Hassan for us. That'd be nasty.

The real question is whether goran or whoever our PG is can learn from these same people.

I agree and I can accept him scoring on Hassan, tbh I'm happy with some mins for UD against him. BigAl can't keep it up for long minutes though. We have to make sure we win the matchups at PF and with the replacement C.

What happened to passing the ball to the big man and letting him kill the opposition in G3?

If it's impossible to get the ball to the giant with the safe hands then there should be plenty of time to hit down the outside shot. :-(

he needs more shots. his sky-high block per foul ratio is down in the playoffs.

He's been playing hurt since game 3 of last series. I guess he started feeling better during Game 7, but got a different injury in game one with the knee.

Too bad. Cool of him to tough it out.

That's playoff basketball.

If you don't man up you don't deserve the max or anywhere near it.

Everyone's hurt. Wade hasn't been 100% since the Jazz game. His shoulder never fully recovered.

everytime I watch the Hawks Horford is jacking up 3's and long range 2. I never see any of this stuff you guys are talking about. He's soft, one of the most overrated players in the league.

he's averaging 7.5 FGA in the playoffs. how many shots should he take?

he wasn't a good rebounder late in the game in game 2, Jonas got some offensive rebounds (huge plays).

You understand its very hard to guard him right? Take last night as an example. We felt JJ was at an advantage so guess how many shots we gave him. Guess. We gave him 22 shots and he only converted 8 of them. 22 shot attempts for 17 points on what we felt was an advantage. In that same game Whiteside shot 7 of 9 for 13 points. Take what you want from that information.

Someone with such great hands, and we don't utilize him enough on offense.
